What People are saying

Clean nice location

My husband and I recently stayed 3 nights at Laurel Crest. We had a one bedroom villa. I had seen photos of ripped furniture and rundown rooms in other reviews, but when we got there I asked if we had a renovated room- we didn't but they found us one. Our accommodation was sort of small but fine for 2 people. The kitchenette was small but was sufficient- we cooked full meals with no problem. The hilltop pool was still closed but we enjoyed the one by the office. Overall, a good place to explore the Smokies from. The staff were very helpful also.

Anniversary trip

We are proud owners of the Bluegreen corporation so we travel quite a bit. I always try to review the places we stay. Laurel Crest was an unexpected delight and I'm so glad our original trip to Boston was snowed out and cancelled. My husband and I arrived after hours and security let us check in and showed us to our room. We got the one bedroom and it was plenty of room for just my husband and me. This place is just around the corner from the main road with all the fun attractions. Great place to stay and we will be back!

Very nice resort. Great staff.

We stayed in a 1 bed unit. Nothing special but clean, with lots of space. Downside the ice maker leaked all over the floor and the AC didn't work. Upside the staff got on it within 15 minutes of our calling. The AC took a lot of fixing but they stayed with it for hours until it was fixed. The staff were all very nice and helpful. If you're going to Pigeon Forge for a quite rest or a lonely hike in the National Park don't go in the spring or summer. The place is like Branson on steroids. The park is beautiful bit If you like crowds even on hikes and traffic jams every where even in the mountains, you're going to love it here then.

Beautiful location

Stayed in a 2-bedroom condo. It was very comfortable and clean. Would recommend the top floor for best views. Our only problem was the internet was very slow. Getting show tickets from the concierge saved us money and we had seats in the 1st and 3rd rows. Would definitely stay again. Very convenient to all shows and Gatlinburg.

Close enough to the Parkway but far enough away for some quiet

The one bedroom standard was OK but next time I will spend the extra points to get the deluxe (standard reminded me of the rooms at Club La Pension in New Orleans). We weren't given a room at the top end of the building as promised and there was maintenance going on the 4th floor above us. Was quiet until Thursday when it sounded like a herd of elephants was above us due a maint. dude fixing a water leak in the room above us according to a maid. Jets in the tub would oscillate on and off, not staying on continuously.
