We are family of two adults and 2yrs old princess. When arriving checkin was fast and nice surprise was that we got upgraded to the bigger room, because of availability. Electric kettle which we asked while checkin was delivered right away to our room. Room was clean. Spa was also clean and luckily not too crowded. Only difficult in spa seemed to be function of the locks of wardrobes in changing rooms; staff visited many times to help clients with those. Check out was also easy and fast. Nice small thing from receptionist; we left hotel and after 1 hour remember that we left something in to the room. We went back and they activated room key again for us to pick up things: friendly service.

The hotel has same amount of individual touch as the their standard copy paste TripAdvisor answers to reviews.
Rooms are old, and I believe there might be some challenges with the structures as some bathroom tiles were loose and you could feel the water under them. It's nice to have a place to dry the clothes in bathroom but installing it to shower and keeping it in 75 degrees creates very unpleasant experience when constantly hitting hand to it while having a shower.
The beds were horrible.
I would not describe breakfast fresh! In season there are no fresh local berries. Canned fruit salad topped up with fresh bananas. Cucumbers were cutted yesterday? The most amazing were the 4 minutes eggs, which were 8 minutes and they were cold! Watermelon was spoiled. There was nothing fresh, except the coffee.
The hotel reaches the level of 2* in big city, but as they are lucky to have tourist attractions in the city they can fool the never returning tourists.
Ps. If you forget your swimwear, go by taxi to shop to buy them, it's cheaper than buying them from the Spa.

I cannot tell anything really bad about this hotel. The only issue for me was the hotel atmosphere when I felt a bit unwelcome but it might be because of my personal problems, not because of the hotel itself: I came to that hotel during a personal crisis when all the world might seem unwelcome to me.
The only objective reason to feel unwelcome there was the forced cold smiles at the reception desk. But the clerk was really professional and showed her politeness, smooth and informative speech, and good English.
The interior of common areas is not what I prefer: to my mind, it's too pompous and so called "rich" (you know, these red carpeting and massive chandeliers). It's definitely not for cosy stay lovers.
But the room was more modest and pretty good to live, with a supercomfortable bed and a good inner layout. The cleanliness is perfect.
Breakfast is ok, with sufficient choice. However, I cannot say it was especially delicious. Just not bad and edible (perhaps, there was too much salt in some dishes, and juices were soluted with a lot of water). But the pastries were great.
The location is fine: there is a supermarket not very far from the hotel, the town center is close, and the bus stop is right nearby the hotel.
In general, I did not see anything that would make me wish to choose it once again. It was just normal but overpriced stay. In regular days when the hotels in the area are not fully booked because of some big international event you will be able to get cheaper and better accomodation options.

This was a very nice hotel. During NUPAS-CADMATIC Users’ Meeting 2008 in Naantali , Finland on 9 and 10 September 2008.
The room and public areas were very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable and spacious.
The beds and bedding were comfortable.There is a nice pool, spa, fitness center.
Breakfast at restaurant was very good. The staff were fantastic. If I ever back to Nataantali, I will definitely stay at the Naantali Spa Hotel.

I've been to different ranges of hotels but never seen bad service as in this hotel .. First, The room is too hot and I've been told the the Ac is general and when I asked again they said there is no Ac ( some areas of the hotel are too hot but others are ok so if ur unlucky get ready for the sauna room 😥) Secondly, if u asked different employees the same question u will get different answer ( so bad!)
If u asked for any service they will ask u to come to the reception .. ( I needed a plate and I have to go and get it )
Breakfast was below standard with poor service.
I requested an adapter (they didnt have it)
Room cleaning quality is too poor
Overpriced for such poor service .. And I dont recommend it unless if u dont have any choice ..
