Terrible place to stay. First night there we had no hot water had to get dressed and go down and tell them finally got hot water. The carpet was so dirty that after a shower our feet were dirty from the floor. Came back after an outing and our key card would not work had to go back to the office and get new ones in the mean time a person that had checked in told us they gave him the key card to our room and he was in our room luckily he was an honest man. After finding this out we demanded our money back and we left and found another place to stay. There was only 1 person there that could speak English. We stayed here 2 years ago and it was pretty nice that's why we went back there again. But something has happened and the place has really went down hill. I DO NOT recommend anyone to stay here. We found another motel on the Parkway cheaper and cleaner. American owned and operated

Older place but nice, the room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was nice. Convenient location and it was quiet. I have no complaints. Even though it's on the Parkway which can get pretty busy it's easy to go out the back parking lot and hit the alleys to make it easier.

Don't do this to yourself stay somewhere else!!!

I booked a non smoking room and the room smelled so horribly of smoke. The room was dirty and looked as if it had not been vacummed in years. The towels and sheets did not smell as though they were washed in bleach. I did not use any of them. Nor did I let bare feet touch the floor. Management really didn't want to deal with you. We were given a battery to fix the smoke dectector in the room. Which did not help it they finally came and replaced it. You could see day light through the door frame. I had to fight off bugs ( pictured below). Did I mention how bad the room smelled? Well it did. There was a complimentary M&M left in the floor of my room. Needless to say I didn't bring any candy to the room. Next to the bed near the window was someone else's fingernail clippings. I bet you guessed we didn't stay the second night of the reservation. I didn't even try to get a refund I was just so grossed out. The picture of the bug on the mattress I did some research is a carpet beetle which can infest your home. Wash all your stuff in hot water and dry on high heat. I choose to just throw everything away. I wasn't taking chances that night if it being a bed bug. If you still decide to stay Good Luck!

The walls were chipping, the floor was dirty, the sheets had stains on them, there was only one towel and it had lipstick prints on it, but I was too exhausted to care. I passed out and was awakened the next morning by a bed bug crawling in my ear. I immediately left the place and went straight to a laundromat where I washed everything I brought with me on the trip. When I told management about the issue, they said there was nothing they could do without proof, denied me a refund, promised to have a manager get back with me about the issue, and never did. I will not be staying here again.

Although it's not the newest place on town, the rooms were very clean and well maintained. The people at the front desk were always very polite and helpful. We had a 2 room suite that came with a huge jacuzzi in one of the bedrooms. I would definitely stay here again
