Very nice place to stay, friendly staff, good location and very good services.
Definitely the place to stay in Bayonne !
Swimming pool unfortunately closed for winter time but no regret anyway.

The staff were very friendly but the room was dirty and absolutely tiny, which I was informed was as a result of the price. A disappointment all round... the shower head was filthy and I noticed the dirty walls a little too late...

Standard double very very small not enough space to pass by base of bed without dodging TV. Room dirty. Bathroom exceedingly tiny and very unclean. It says it is a four star hotel. I have stayed in far superior 2 star and hostels. All this for Euros 135 for two. Disgusting.

We booked two doubles as a family of four for a one night stay while passing through from U.K to Spain to U.K.
We were told we had a large room, and another 'slightly' smaller. Fair enough, the first room we went into was huge so my daughter and I claimed that, then went straight to my husband and sons room and were surprised to find it was barely bigger than the double bed, with a minuscule shower room. Seems this is the norm though and our huge room was actually an accessible room which was obvious when we returned and looked around.
The bathroom/wet room had a low shower which meant we had no choice but to sit down to shower, and the water sprayed everywhere making the floor very, very slippery. The bathroom was a bit tired and mouldy, and the towels greying and hard.
The wardrobe was actually shelves with a curtain in front, the aircon in both rooms we gave up on and opened the windows, and twice I hit my head in the night as the bedside shelf is actually overlapping the edge of the bed. I thought plastic water cups and basic toiletries was a bit off for four star too. Perhaps that's how the French do it though?
Overall, I've seen worse...the room was ok but not four star. Bathroom was a bit mouldy around the edges, walls had stuff smeared on them and laminate was badly laid.
The staff were lovely though, and with a bit of a lift the hotel could probably be four star. Well the bigger room anyway!

We had just driven for nearly 9 hours up from Spain and arrived at the hotel shattered. We booked on line and checked in easily. We found the room tiny, and I do mean tiny, there was black mould in the shower and long black hair in around the plug hole, there was also and old well read newspaper in the room! We were so tired we just crashed. When we mentioned the size of the room at reception we were told it was their smallest room, no offer of another room or a cost for an upgrade! Secure carpark, position for a walk into the old town and the €4 express breakfast were all good. Just really disappointed with the room!
