kirsten mon 12/04/2017 10:27The parking was tight but we had guidance from the friendly owners. The rooms were huge; comfortable and welcoming- the breakfast was excellent- everything fresh and loads of it! Rooms had excellent provisions- TV /Mini Bar/ coffee tea making etc and the location was excellent for a wander round town. The garden has a lovely view and we met the children and pets of the household in the morning- all as delightful as the owners
Quirky place with friendly hosts
EKSAYERSon 11/04/2017 16:55Started overnight on the way to Paris. Nice quiet place with friendly hosts who recommended places to eat. We stayed in the Romantic room which had a claw foot bath in the bedroom, city view and separate ensuite toilet and flat screen TV with English channels. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast with bread, croissants, ham, cheese, yogurt, preserves, fresh orange juice and selection of hot drinks. Nice view over the countryside and garden from the breakfast room. Parking is very tight.

Very friendly hosts, very supporting and showing that they cared a lot about their clients.
Great breakfast with great Baguette, croissants, Yoghurt, soft boiled egg, ham and cheese, jam, and fresh fruit salad. Everything very delicious and served in rooms with a great view.
We felt very comfortable at this place.
We will return!

This place is an absolute must if you want to avoid the corporate, chain hotels which have no character. This family run business oozes charm and the owners make you and your dog( if you have one) very, very welcome. All the rooms are individually designed with real thought and care - we would love to try them all. Looking forward to our next visit.

DJW33on 01/11/2016 13:17Superb hospitality from our hosts in a gracious hotel. Excellent location whether overnighting en route or visiting Langres, which is well worth exploring. The private, gated parking is a boon, particularly with a well-laden estate car.
