Good wifi and very helpful staff but a bit grubby.

It's a bit it grubby - especially the bathrooms. The place has seen better days.
Location ok - 10/15 minute walk from centre - free shuttle but very irregular.
The spa was pretty good even though it closes early at weekends and the sauna was broken.
Not sure it's worth £100 a night.
Lovely little hotel
Pok Son 24/04/2017 18:36We booked this hotel for its easy parking, value for money and proximity to the town center. We were not disappointed. The hotel was easy to find and was comfortable and its staff were very helpful. We just announced ourselves at the reception and the key was there ready before even our arrival. How impressive!
We had a room with a balcony and nice view to the sea. We didn't eat here but went to town. However, we had their express breakfast which was a true value for money. 5€ for a coffee, an orange juice and three pastries for my husband. For me, it included one coffee, one orange juice, five pieces of ham and one plain yogurt, all arranged at my special request. How very kind of the serving person.
We didn't use the free spa service at a nearby thermal place due to our short stay.
Wifi was one password per one device and worked very well.
The beaches are not very far and there are large parking lots near the beaches one can imagine how packed they can be at high seasons.

Le Biarritz is a 3 stars but really worth it and even more
The staff is available and have precious infos i forget very kind as well
It's just a good fifteen minutes on foot to go the the center of the town but it s so easy Shuttle free as well The most beautiful beaches are right in the neighbourhood of the hotel .You have many beautiful places to visit and to walk
I recommandand this hotel very warmful

PaulMarshallCityon 09/09/2016 10:53I was a little concerned about stopping here after reading a previous review but am pleased to say that the Hotel was good and the staff were great to us. Reception staff were warm and friendly and the late night bar staff and night porters were extremely helpful. Went the extra mile! Really liked the location, only a 5 minute walk from a decent surfing beach and bar overlooking the beach. The hotel is in a quiet part of town, only a 15 minute walk to the center. I would recommend the hotel as great value for money.

jonsie36on 22/06/2016 08:54Rude and arrogant people! Simple as that, I have never been treated in such a manner as I did here! I'd almost go as far as saying that they were racist towards the English. From the moment we walked in they were unhelpful and arrogant. The rooms themselves were very good, very comfortable bed with a good size bathroom and shower. The hotel bar prices were extreme, well for us anyway! The town itself is un welcoming and very quiet. Boring, unfriendly place.
