Good hotel

Located about 1.3 km from train station.
Hotel rooms look new & well furnished. Staff friendly and helpful.
Breakfast very limited range.
For lunch / dinner you walk to the Provins center, about 300-400 m & there are a choice of Restaurants. There is one Indian restaurant Taj Mahal was OK.

Design hotel between the city center and the railway station

Nice neat small (only 27 rooms in total) design hotel, 10 min walk to the downtown and 10 min walk from the railway station. Our room had a view on the Cesar Tower. Excellent bedding, air conditioning, hair dryer in the bathroom, bathrobes, slippers and an electric kettle with tea, coffee and sugar supply. Helpful staff.

It is probably a bit expensive for such a small town as Provins, but still it is rather good value for money.

Breakfast is kind of overpriced: 15 euros per person and not included in the room rate, so we preferred taking it in one of the town cafés.

Great hotel in the centre of Provins.

We just returned from an overnight stay in this hotel, and it really was the highlight of the trip.
We had a superior room which was spacious with a large queen size bed.
Television, clean, tea making facilities, modern equipment, quiet at night, friendly concierge staff.

Only point to mention is that the glass walls of the bathroom are actually see-through, so you can see clear as day the person taking a shower. This may be fine if you're going with your other half, but just a thing to note if you are planning on sharing with a friend or relative.

Second point to mention, a lot of shops/restaurants were closed monday and tuesday, so make sure to ring ahead in advance places you are interested in visiting to check they are open.

Charming, modern decor in a charming walled town.

Excellent staff! They had keys ready on arrival, as all hotels should do.

The room was compact and perfectly adequate with a chic, modern flair. The bed was very comfortable and had all non-feather pillows...allergy sufferers thank you! There were power outlets at each nightstand--excellent for charging phones and devices at bedside! There was no mini-refrigerator in the room.

The shower (only) had mold in the tile grout; housekeeping really needs to spend time on this, as it's one thing holding back a perfect rating. The other negative was the toilet, which reeked of sewage. But holding my breath before entering the WC helped, as did keeping the door closed.

The free WiFi was strong and fast. The breakfast buffet offered a nice array, including crepes and brie, which hails from Provins.

I would stay here again if I'm in the area, especially if they sort the mold & sewage issues.

Comfortable, modern hotel hiding in an old exterior

As an overnight stop on the way back to the UK from Cahors this was a gem. The hotel was small (and so was the room) but comfortable and quiet. It was at the reasonable end of the price spectrum, though it's always annoying to stung 10+ euros per person for a self service buffet breakfast - they did have the local "rose jam" though.

It is squeezed into a corner site in the maze of old streets in the centre of Provins. Finding the place was a challenge for my TomTom satnav, which tried to take us the wrong way up one ways streets and did take us through streets of concerning narrowness. But we found it and the very welcoming and helpful receptionist pointed us to a free car park a couple of minutes walk away.

A real plus was being in the centre of Provins as we'd planned to sight-see in the morning and could have easily spent more time.

The hotel didn't serve dinner, but did point us in the direction of a reasonable local restaurant. I think had it not been a Monday, they would have pointed us somewhere better.
