An unexpected little gem

The rooms were lovely, decorated in a modern comfortable style.
What really set the place apart was the quality of food in the restaurant.
Some of the best I have tasted in France, and excellent value.
The staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Nice hotel
Strikefreedom2K12on 12/10/2015 00:05It's a nice and clean hotel located in La Loupe. A perfect hotel to spend the night and moving on the next day. It's also the only hotel in the village but it's worth your money.
The reception is only available during breakfast and after 18:00

Claire Mon 26/08/2015 18:04Logis are always excellent places to stay but this surpassed even the three oak award this hotel has received. I found this wonderful hotel on tripadvisor and even packed my earplugs (from earlier reviews - but we did not need them !). The rooms are amazingly clean, modern and very comfortable. We had a room at the back on the first floor. TV and wifi working and toiletries supplied. But the best and most amazing part of our stay was dinner - which I would reccommend you book when booking your room. The food was so thoroughly amazing we asked to comment with the chef as coming from London we are used to a certain quality and standard of dining. This restaurant outshined some of the best in London ! The ambience was relaxed and calm, the two waitresses were professional and discreet, the food presentation was impeccable, the taste sensations were obviously well thought out and even better presented, the wine choices were varied - we had a different glass with each course, and to top it all the price was astounding - 6 courses for 35 euros (plus wine). If I could shout from the Tower of London I would tell everyone to go - even for a weekend trip .....

JohnexRMon 24/08/2015 16:46It has ben many years since we have stayed in a Logis when in France and we were very pleased we did. this is charming friendly Logis ,well off the beaten track. Comfortable and clean rooms and reasonably priced . The restaurant was very good and we sat outside.Recommended.
Great hotel
FelixDarbyTayloron 10/07/2015 08:11I stayed for one night. The lady on reception (who was also the waitress) was brilliant. The food was a two choice menu and very good..The herb white cheese soufflé was a real surprise and was excellent. Rooms were very comfortable, modern and spotless.
