Friendly and quiet place

A little B&B on a quiet residential area with plenty of parking. Stephanie kindly waited for our late arrival and suggested few places for dinner in the area. The new Japanese place was great – we all loved it.
We could not fault our upstairs room – it was spacious, with a separate area created for kids, very clean, modern yet cozy at the same time. The only issue we had (as one of us is almost 2m tall) was the low beams – if you don’t pay attention, the attention will be paid painfully 
Breakfast was served at our selected time, Stephanie once again was very accommodating for our late breakfast request. She recommended places to visit, places to eat in Toulouse etc. We felt like at home!

Cozy and quiet

Stayed here for six nights in business travel. A quiet environment with paintings from local artists adorning the walls. Good value, very clean, well organized, fine continental breakfast featuring local bakery, staff very professional and pleasant. Neighborhood is nice if a bit limited. Convenient if you have business west of downtown.

Perfect for family & friends

We were four Swedish guys staying for five days at Le Clos d'Arduenna. We had a great time here with lots of activities to do (table tennis, table soccer, pool swimming). This place is perfect for family and friends, and we never had a boring day.

Our host Annie Fregefond speaks English and was very humble and helpful to us. She informed us about transportation and recommendations about where to eat and shop. She also made assure we were having a good time. We felt very well treated.

Comfortable and home like atmosphere in neighborhood close to city center

This was a great alternative to a city center hotel and a good value. The rooms and amenities are comfortable, modern and well done. The big plus are the spaces available for clients to use - a full kitchen, yard and pool. There were staff available during the day to answer questions, and they served a high quality breakfast. Really enjoyed returning at night to a home like atmosphere in a typical residential neighborhood.

Feel at home

Initially we had trouble finding it and on arriving, quite late, we found a note to call a number but no one showed. We hung around and were ready to find a hotel in the nearby area but someone pulled up who was also staying there and let us in (need code for door). Since we knew that we were in the loft, found the door open and basically then moved in. In the morning at breakfast we met Annie who is basically the hostess. There were other people around the table, mainly persons on business, and an individual breakfast was served with bread, pastry, juice, coffee or tea etc. Although it seemed that Annie was stressed out she coped beautifully. The location is great, bus stop right next door which we took to the train station to access the city. Although we did not use any, there are several restaurants within walking distance. The grounds are great with a kitchen, nice garden and pool. Speaking french is a big plus since this is suburbia but Annie did her best and with a little mix we got our points across. If in the area again, although we had a somewhat rocky start, we would certainly pay a return visit.
