Clean and taking care lot

In love with villa really they take care of their customers lot as u can have free wifi, shuttle, breakfast in villa, the funniest think that bathroom 🚽 out door, as u got private pool, and their are several smoke for mosquitoes, but u can find lizard 🦎 everywhere 😂😂😂😂.

We spent 5 days in this very well located Villa Resort in the heart of Seminyak. The accommodation is very spacious and well serviced with a fantastic private pool for each Villa. The staff and services provided were excellent throughout our stay and are to be commended in assisting myself and my family during an offsite incident requiring medical attention. Will definitely be our place of choice for our next Bali holiday. Thankyou to your magnificent staff who truly understand caring hospitality!

Wonderful staff, service & location

We had such an enjoyable stay at Le Jardin Villas. The staff are wonderful and nothing is too much of a problem for them. The 2 bedroom villa was lovely, own pool, very private, quiet, clean & very well attended to during the day and at evening turn down which included de-bugging.The service was awesome. Every member of staff is genuinely helpful regardless of their actual job. Beach and shopping all a short walk and the Villa offers free drop off in Seminyak for anything further if you need. Spa treatment is understandably more expensive than you get on the street, but very good. Welcome drink, welcome massage & breakfast included made the stay very good value. I would probably ditch included breakfast every day next time to explore more in the surrounds. We thought all of these things before my husband broke his ankle and I have to say the team at Le Jardin really went out of their way to ensure we were well looked after post the accident (didn't happen onsite). They provided amazing assistance and support (particularly with local knowledge & language) as we sought medical assistance/crutches/transport etc. We will definitely return to Le Jardin for our next trip to Bali.

Villa, service, extras and perks were absolutely fantastic. We had an enjoyable stay, our honeymoon welcome was totally beautiful and romantic. Would definately stay again and recommend to others. Breakfast was always delicious and hearty. Our rooms were cleaned twice a day. Everything was always immaculate. The villa was a true joy to stay in. It was spacious, luxurious with lots of little comfy touches. The complimentary bottled water dotted around the house twice a day, drives in and around Seminyak alongside 15 minutes of free massages everyday made the stay all the more rewarding. Staff were very nice, obliging and always ready to help. Truly a wonderful holiday.

Close to Seminyak shopping and food district by Taxi (10 mins traffic dependant and about $1.20 AUS or 120,000RP) Great Amenities, pool right outside our door, comfortable King size beds and air conditioning in every room.

Bottled water provided for teeth brushing and drinking every day throughout the entire stay

Very quiet and very private.

Staff surprised one of our friends as it was his birthday. They organised a cake and turned up to the villa and sang, was excellent. The cake was good too.

On checkout day staff looked after our bags, organised a shuttle into town and then allowed us to come back close to our leaving time (1930) and use their spa room for showers before our flight. We pre-arranged airport pickup and dropoff as well which is well worth it.

Staff are amazing, rooms are very clean and kept very neat. Staff look happy to be there and are willing to help at the drop of a hat. All spoke English well.
