Stefan Don 30/06/2017 17:47Good, clean and functional rooms. Service was great and very friendly. Maggie and the team there happy to arrange anything we needed and even called through and booked restaurants for us. Nice Hot Tub, Steam and Sauna to help relax the aching muscles.
Comfortable Stay
nhampshireon 12/04/2017 21:47This hotel is very simple and straight forward with very few surprises. We found it comfortable, but without any real luxuries. The rooms are basic but comfortable and clean. We had a car so found the location to be very good. Just past the town of Chamonix headed east toward Le Tour. It was very easy to get in and out of the area. Ski rental was close by and we were on the slopes within a half an hour of leaving the hotel. The breakfast was basic but good. If you are looking for a comfortable and clean hotel and don't need the bells and whistles, this is the place.
Good stay
MaruyEnriqueon 11/04/2017 17:20This cosy hotel offers nice rooms with a view to the mountains and a golf course. Facilities are ok. Space is compact and temperature difficult to set. Breakfast is simple and there are few services in the premises.

Maria Lon 16/03/2017 15:04This hotel is perhaps better in the summer. It is too far away from the centre so to have a meal or a drink in town in the evening involves taking a bus and they only go every half an hour. Taxis are incredibly expensive, around 50 euros for 10 minutes.
The rooms have no noise insulation whatsoever. You hear the neighbors talking and everything else as well. Not nice.
The breakfast was nothing special and they were often out of certain things, at 8 am.
Simple but good value
stabulldogon 18/01/2017 10:28Really enjoyed staying in this hotel which is located next to the golf course of Le Praz, a 10 minute drive outside of Chamonix. It is located within walking distance of the Le Flegere lift, a short drive from the Brevent lift (in the center of Chamonix) and the Les Grands Montets (in Argentiere).
The Hotel style is very cozy with a large fireplace and deep couches in the lobby. The property is well maintained throughout.
There is a small spa with a hot tub, steam room, sauna, shower, but no pool.
This hotel is a great choice if you are in Chamonix to ski and relax as it is very quiet and located near plenty of country walks, without feeling to isolated. There are many good restaurants in the local area.
I found the service to be exceptionally friendly and attentive.
There is no restaurant in the hotel, but the bar is open until late, serving drinks around a large pool table.
Breakfast is good enough but could be a little more imaginative.
I would stay here again to relax and focus on skiing. If you need to be near the shops and bars of Chamonix town you probably need a car.
