Excellent stay
velarasuon 31/08/2017 10:59The stay at the hotel was extremely good. It's kind of in the center of Pune right behind the railway station. The Hospitality was great. The spread of the buffet for both dinner and breakfast was huge.

sharmilanaickeron 26/08/2017 15:26Very good location near to the railway station, very beautiful lobby greeted by all when you enter service is excellant, rooms are very nice. Swimming pool is also nice kids enjoyed it sikri is very nice restaurant with excellent service.
Like the breakfast and enjoyed cocktail hours.
Great Stay
Meet pon 26/08/2017 11:34Really had a great stay at this hotel, I can't forget warm welcome by Bhakti Bade every day after office, she is very kind. Reception Persons were also very supportive like Chandani, Milka took us to the whole hotel visit, which was great. Vikram the driver is very entertaining, he entertains while driving to the hotel after office hours so that stress go off. The room is also very luxurious, had a very pleasant stay in room, The Feast restaurant gives very healthy and tasty food every day and has a large variety of food and still if someone wants more variety, Manager Kerman Dastur makes sure that guest get it, food service staff is also very kind like Ajit, Lijas, Madhab. so really had a great visit.

Beautiful interiors, delectable food, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent customer service. During my stay here, everyday before heading to office the cheery faces of the staff at FEAST restaurant during breakfast would ensure a good start to the day and when I would be back from the office all tired, the delightful as ever food and service were quite refreshing. Special thanks to Kerman, Mayur and Swapnil for being wonderful hosts at Feast ; Lijas, Madhab and Aishwarya for the impeccable service. I stayed here along with my mother and she loved it equally. I definitely recommend for a luxury experience!!
Just as the name sounds, It was a really Grand Experience from all aspects
pradipta14on 24/08/2017 05:33I am usually brand loyal to ITC and prefer to stay with them whenever I am travelling within the country, But the exceptional welcome me and my wife recieved from Mr. James had really left a deep mark upon us. Also I would like to thank miss Chandni and Mr. Chandan... The room was also really beautiful having a great view of the station and the mountains.. The staff were really friendly and I would like to come back again soon, once my son would get done with his internship..I would also recommend my family and peers to try this place out..Thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience.
