It's a small cosy hotel where you feel welcomed the second you step in. The staff is super friendly with a bright warm smile.
The location is one of the best, it's centrally located with eateries open till late in the next lane and a bus stop Around the corner.
I would definitely suggest a stay here...

A nice small friendly family run hotel.In a great location approximately 200 metres from the promenade and 400 metres from the old town.With plenty of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area .
We really enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Located in the centre of Nice and also very close to the beach
Nice and modern room / good bathroom / airco worked well
Clean room with a good bed
Good breakfast with fresh fruit
Possibilty of a shuttle service to the AirPort

The hotel is full of history and has been recently remodeled with excellent bathroom facilities and AC. The hotel is surrounded by great restaurant and some good shops - even a grocer to get soy milk and organic fruit for snacks - but I wish the staff was a bit warmer. Unbeatable value for the short and scenic walk to the beach and museums. While I appreciate the Art Deco style of the lobby, the management might want to re-think the objects d'art such as the Black jockey statue and Aunt Jemima jars. Even North American fans of jazz and history find these pieces offensive.

If you only need a place to lay your head this is a great place in nice. It's a five minute walk to the beach, the promenade des anglais. Many restaurants near by. The rooms are recently renovated. The lift is not renovated so small and slow. The hotel staff from the moment you wAlk in to every interaction afterward is very clear to let you know you are not welcome and they would rather you leave them alone and check out. There are very few towels in the room do not expect to get any extra. The hotel staff does not great you they simply ask you name and tell you room number, they don't tell you any about amentities, the area you are staying, how to access wifi, about minibar, when the doors lock at night or breakfast. The only interaction we had w manager after we paid city taxes she saw us walking out and chased us yelling if we had paid. The only person who treated us like we were humans or not greatly annoying her was a member of cleaning staff. If you can avoid the staff entirely during your visit the location here is good, though there are many other hotels same price same area and many other tourists we spoke w in area had far better experiences at their hotels. There are some pretty racist pieces of "art" in the lobby (which also serves as restaurant ) which was very uncomfortable to add to the rest
