Perfection in the country
hoksion 13/06/2016 20:54If you are looking for a peaceful, quite and extraordinary experience, this is your place. The setting is beautiful, and the owners, even more so. This is the sort of place that allows sanity to return to you and inspires great thoughts. We stayed a week, and that wasn't really long enough. You must have dinner prepared by Miriam. It is truly wonderful. This is a farm and as such does have animals. Lots of them! All very well behaved. Dogs, cats, geese, horses and donkeys. This would be a child's dream!
Disapointing
diplorobon 07/09/2015 00:46We were guests at a wedding there during the summer of 2015. What looks like a nice place on the internet is actually run down. Our rooms didn't have any A/C and during the hot summer months we were dying of heat, impossible to sleep. The owners have two mutt dogs who are EXTREMELY aggresive, and who are constantly fighting, we were very concerned with our 2 year old around them. The dogs were constantly out in the nature eating our food and leftovers. The swimming pool is..a natural swimming pool, meaning a pond, with seaweed and tadpoles swimming around... Oh and there is also a naked area behind bushes. A bit weird. The amenities are run down, the ping pong table is crooked and the raquets broken. In a nutshell not a very good experience.

A lot of nature around with lots of animals. I'm still in love with the two dogs.

Thomas Fon 26/04/2015 17:48We had a great stay in this very nice B&B. The organic breakfast is rich and delicious, the rooms are very nice and clean, the nature around and the view is outstanding. The kids had fun with the animals and ponies. The owners and team were very professional and friendly. Will come again!
Brief stay but lovely
Ozzie_in_Irelandon 07/06/2013 21:09We booked into Le Petit Chateau for the last night of our holiday. The Sat Nav took us down the worst route possible, but we were rewarded with a lovely find once we arrived. Unfortunately our communications were crossed regarding dinner and we were unable to get the treat of eating dinner at the chateau, but Miriam was great and booked us into the same restaurant that they were going to that night in Solomiac, a bastide town about 15 minutes away. It was a gorgeous dinner and we felt that we had had a very special last night before returning home.
We stayed in the family room which is split level. We slept in the double and the 2 kids in a mezzanine with toys that they had a great time with. There was a gate on the stairs which we used just to make sure they didn't fall down during the night.
Before dinner we also walked down through the woods behind the house which were lush and green and the kids played in the little playground.
Breakfast was quite grand as we were the only guests at a large table, but we were fed very well. Unfortunately no one wanted a boiled egg, but there was a boiler in the corner for one. And there was a great coffee machine to spoil ourselves with.
It was a cold day when we arrived so not a day for the pool, but we did have a look. It looked brilliant.
Highly recommended as a lovely sojourn when arriving at Toulouse airport or when about to leave. Beautiful countryside, but don't bother with Auch if you are leaving on a Sunday, the tourist area is too quiet.
