The hotel is very well located , it has all the modern aminitee . The food was really good. The oy problem is if the hotel is full then service is little delayed. You only get buffet and the same menu for alarm Carta, they don't serve dinner r lunch at room unless it's a snacks order or ala Carta. They don't have a bar..the rooms are spacious and clean.
Property is decent, service is fine but the restaurant is bad.

Well, the location like all the resorts here is just fine with nothing fancy to add or offer. The service is was decent and so were the rooms - they were certainly spacious. most of the rooms offer pool view. While we had no major challenges here yet the restaurant was one of our best experiences here. We had both al-carte as well as buffet and they both were equally bad.
The service at the restaurant was very slow and they were numerous occasions when we had to ask them to change the item since it was undercooked or over cooked.
Restaurant prices were nominal.

All the rooms are Pool facing, so it is feasible to take hotel room on the first floor. Can opt room + breakfast, food is good. Location wise the hotel is good. There are a lot of Mango trees besides the hotel, one can purchase fresh mangoes from nearby.

Location : Approx one km from garjia temple, close to a beautiful picnic spot at the banks of a lovely river. A couple of decent restaurants and adventure activity area close by.
Resort : average size resort, with decent amenities and a small pool which was clean. A few activities like carom board badminton etc were also made available to us.
Rooms : Quite spacious rooms with decent amenities and air conditioning, water pressure in the bathroom was also ok.
Food : Nothing spectacular about the food but no complaints either. Portion size was good and it was priced economically.
Service : Decent service, staff was well trained and courteous.
Overall a good value for money proposition. Can be recommended to family friends and forum members for a short weekend get away.

I along with my wife and four year old son stayed at the Hotel on 10 Jun 17. The decision to stay here was made based on the reasonably good reviews on tripadvisor. However, the actual experience of staying here was very unsatisfactory and I would recommend people to stay away.
To begin with, I had opted for this hotel primarily because it had a swimming pool, and my son loves to swim. However, the pool is a big disappointment. The water is filthy with almost zero visibility, even under bright sunshine. I am sure it has not been cleaned in a long time, and I doubt if the hotel staff knows how to keep swimming pool water clean in the first place. My son entered the pool and was out in just a flash, never having experienced such dirty water with zero visibility before.
A brief mention of the state of washroom . The button for operating the flush broke off and fell inside the pot. It had somehow just been made to sit in its place, and fell off at the first touch. Not done when you are charging so much for a room.
And finally coming to the worst experience with the hotel. I had actually booked 2 rooms through the hotel’s website. As per the cancellation policy, bookings cancelled 2 days prior were to get full refund. Somehow my parents had to drop out and I had to cancel the booking of one room. Before cancelling, I spoke to the hotel’s booking staff and they confirmed that since it was still more than 48 hours to go, I would get full refund within 7 days. After cancelling the booking, I again called the staff and they confirmed that my booking had been cancelled and I was due to get my refund in 7 days.
However, it has now been around a month, and my repeated calls and emails have solicited no response regarding the refund. The hotel management has behaved in a very unprofessional and murky manner and it appears that they never intended to refund any amount in the first place.
I however don’t intend to let the hotel management off the hook so easily. I am initiating proceedings in consumer court and intend to make the management pay for cheating me by not honoring their contractual commitment, as well as for the agony / harassment that I had to go through in dealing with their non responsive staff, and ofcourse the huge amount of invaluable time I had to waste in trying to get my legitimate money back.
So in short, I highly recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel and opt for loads of other options that abound in the areas nearby.
