Unfroffesional hotel with worst service
shivanand pon 24/08/2017 09:51We stayed here for two nights and we were planning to stay here for 10 more days. But thanks to thier hospiyltality we had to check out within 2 days. Also, when i was checking out in the morning i forgot my eyeglasses in the room. After that i have called them atleast 10 times and they were only saying they need time. When asked for to let me talk to superiors or to the GM. But they denied. They did not even call me after 2 days to say sorry that they were not able to locate it. I would strongly recommend not to stay in this hotel at all.

Poor... Too casual
Darshanm88on 22/08/2017 04:53Stayed here for 3days. It's was unpleasant all through out. At arrival, they did not have my booking but after fighting for 30 mins they miraculously find the booking. I ask for a king size bed, they end up giving me a twin single bed room. Finally managed to get a decent room which was stinking. Had to call for room service to spray some freshener. It took another 20 mins before I could enter the room. The bathroom fittings are worn out completely. The got the shower knob on my hand when I tried to turn it own. Although the property has multiple restaurant options pool side, fine dine, quite bar, bar with loud music and Chinese restaurant. The food is quite OK. Really spicy. Another key point is they could not resolve my key issue. I had to use the master key all the time to open it.
while checkout also the printer stopped working so they delayed me another 30 mins. I think this suffices.

Akanksha_KumarRohithon 17/08/2017 13:32A good and clean hotel with courteous staff and good food. the hotel was abuzz with holidayers due to being centrally located. However they have very strict check in (1:00PM) and check out timings (12:00 Noon). Good ammenities and overall a comfortable stay.

Deepthi Mon 17/08/2017 09:07We had a really great experience staying here. The lobby,gym, swimming pool,rooms everything was too good. The breakfast buffet was just awesome. The staffs were really friendly and jovial. Averall its worth the money we paid and had an awesome stay there.
