A wonderful hotel. The staff, accommodation, and in particular the food, all excellent! I cannot recommend this hotel and restaurant enough! We were lucky enough to be there when not only the wonderful Chef de Maison, Nicolas Magie was there, but as an added bonus he was joined by Lionel Levy ... spectacular menu!!! We will be back!

We stayed here for two nights in a classic double room. Service levels were very high throughout our stay. Great views from the room of the small vineyard with the city as a backdrop. Room was very nicely sized with a good bathroom and parking was very convenient. Hermes bath products were appreciated. Pool area was well maintained and what you would expect from a R&C property. Airco worked very well but not needed at night when we stayed. One main criticism however. The internet is incredibly slow and both of us needed to work during our stay. This is not what one would expect of a property at this level and just outside the city of Bordeaux. For some reason the hotel internet uses hot spots? We would stay at several other hotels of a similar quality later in our trip and all had easy to access high-speed internet capable of streaming video etc... We did not dine in the hotel restaurant as we were wanting more simple food after several elaborate meals earlier in the trip. We ate each night at their bistro 50 meters away which was good and super convenient. Drinks and service in the hotel bar were very good. Views from the terraces are excellent. Concierge was uber helpful in sourcing some specific shops for us in the city. This is a great place to stay if you want to take advantage of the city but prefer something more quiet at night. We would definitely stay here again once the internet problem is fixed.

Our arrival to this beautiful oasis of a hotel, located in a small town of Bouliac across the river from downtown Bordeaux, was timely and efficient. The hotel staff were professional and extremely attentive to several questions we had and arranged a memorable stay in their jacuzzi suite. The general manager, Emanuelle did a wonderful job making sure our stay was pleasant and comfortable. The hotel restaurant is of Michelin Star quality and the food does not lie. Fantastic. Merci a vous.

We had a delightful meal here two years ago. We returned with high expectations. We definitely were not disappointed. A beautiful tasting menu and impeccable service as we watched the sun setting over the Garonne valley and Bordeaux. A memorable experience.

Situated on the other side of Bordeaux (about 20 mins by taxi) in a beautiful, quaint French village. This is a very smart, chic hotel with a lovely ambiance. Room a little quirky but totally comfortable. Breakfast delicious! Didn't eat in the main restaurant as it appeared ridiculously expensive (maybe it was the weekend hike?) but even so for most people it would be at the extreme of what they would want to pay. A 3 minute walk away is a great bistro and the hotel will reserve you a table. This was a flying 2 day stopover but a great one and well away from the August bustle of Bordeaux. Lovely staff - a great hotel.
