What People are saying

Lovely Hotel, lovely staff, lovely breakfast

CindyKageon 12/06/2017 07:39

I booked Le Blanc through booking.com 2 nights before I left Australia. I wanted to stay some where just out of Distict 1 for a change & this ended up being a perfect choice. I stayed in the Scandinavian Double Rm#005. The cost was $96 AUS for 3 nights. The room was small (ok for 1 person) but very neat & clean & also had an opening window even though it was only looking out onto a laneways & wire fence. The bath/toilet area was tiny & you could not help but flood the bathroom each time you used the shower. You could not actually leave anything in the room at all while you showered as the whole (tiny) space gets drenched. The mattress was firm-extremely firm. The room had a hairdryer, toothbrush etc, kettle & can you believe a VN PowerPoint adapter. Breakfast was delicious & there are numerous Street Food vendors directly at the end of the lane way where you can get chicken & rice, corn on the cob all for less than $2 AUS. A 24 hr convenience store is also right next door. While I have read some of the other reviews mentioning te hotel being quiet, this may have been the case later of a night but from the very early hours of the morning, there are motor bikes up & down the lane way & the usual plethora of noises that you get used to in Vietnam especially that Rooster that seems to be everywhere I go. Regardless of the flooding bathroom issue & the extra firm mattress, I would still choose to stay at Le Blanc again as it is a safe, clean & reasonably priced hotel with scrumptious food & delightful staff.

Lovely hotel, walkable to many attractions

The room we stayed in was small but adequate, and included a Tv and AC. The staff here were fantastic and did their absolute best to accomadate us in any way possible.
The breakfast here is good, and I would recommend ordering the night before to get the Vietnamese breakfast (authentic) for no extra fee.
This hotel is tucked away in a small alley, which made us a little concerned when the taxi dropped us off outside, but overall a very nice place.
If you like walking it is possible to walk to the reunification palace and war remnants museum from here, and slightly longer walk to Ben Tanh market.

Great Hotel and Incredible Staff!

Fabulous, friendly staff who went above and beyond helping us with problems we had with visas/banking issues. Staff went the extra mile in helping and supporting us whilst we dealt with these issues. 10/10 for customer service. Always helpful and always smiling! They all made us feel safe and welcome! If every hotel had staff like these then they would go far!!

Friendly staff meant an amazing stay

Leblanc was the first hotel we stayed in at Vietnam and we were so surprised by the hospitality and the generosity of the hotel staff. They were all very friendly and answered any questions we have. Navigating a foreign country became so much easier thanks to these kind people.

The hotel is within walking distance of the war museum and local street foods. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

P.S breakfast is complimentary and very good, you have the option of ordering traditional Vietnamese food or western food.
