A ski vacation at the perfect ski resort, the perfect hotel with amazing staff
Andrew Ton 26/04/2017 19:15Being a guest at Le Crans Hotel and Spa was magnificent. The staff were very passionate and skilled and instinctively demonstrated helpfulness and value at all times. The room was very cosy, also with a wood burning chimney (the staff set it up) and the Restaurant (Le Mont Blanc) was perfection on a plate. The breakfast had a fabulous choice. The Ski room was 5***** perfection. Overall, this is the best place to go for a ski holiday.
Beautiful property
nms80on 01/04/2017 10:20We stayed at Le Crans with the kids and had a wonderful time .... we occupied the 3 bedroom suite which had a beautiful terrace and lovely family sitting area ... gorgeous views from all the rooms ... very friendly and attentive staff ! Complimentary shuttle service into town whenever we needed a ride.... the restaurant was very good too and had gorgeous views ! They made us feel extremely welcome and well taken care of .... will definitely stay here the next time we go to Crans Montana !
Quaint and Relaxing with detail
rachelle gon 19/03/2017 19:09This small boutique hotel has 13 rooms. Every room has a different name and has different decor, each with a wood burning fireplace. The michelin star restaurant is amazing for all meals. The amuse bouche is amazing, they even bring you two and the treat at the end is great!!! I had a facial in the spa and it was amazing. The staff is very friendly. They do extra little things such as give you treats on the way out and a sweet personalized note left in the car. Shuttle service to and from town also. Small gym but good to get in a good workout. This is a Leading hotels of the world property so if you are a member you receieve all of the great benefits.
dissapointing and not 5 star in service
Nidge1558on 22/01/2017 17:05fwe stayed 3 nights; our room took 2 days to heat up. the spa was filled with families with young children, including under 2 year old shouting and crying in the jacuzzi. the bigger disappointment came with the massage. it was everything but a relaxing experience due to the noise outside the room ; people speaking loudly, kids shouting and crying again to the point where the masseuse who was very competent and also quite stressed because of the situation had to put the music very loudly in the room.
the following morning i asked for pancakes (as my first order was not eatable) and what the waiter brought me looked like dog food. and was also sent back.
a real same as our first night gourmet dinner was actually quite good. but a 5 star needs to be 5 star every day and for every customer experience... not from time to time. and of course we were not asked about our customer experience when we left...

Switzerland-RDon 23/11/2016 15:56That was my second time at the LeCrans. At this time I had the opportunity to stay at the Dolomite Junior suite which had a spectacular view to the Swiss Alps and an outstanding decoration.
The hotel keeps its standards and I do not have much to say about it... In my first review about the LeCrans I said almost all about the hotel.
The place is just cozy and lovely... staff are so friendly and helpful... the food at the LeMontBlanc Restaurant (1 Star Michelin ) is incredible good... I strongly recommend it!!
It is a place that I wish to go back always... I hope soon :-) !!
