White and Bright
RJLENon 11/10/2016 14:23The Legrenzi Rooms are well located and convenient to the main square of Mestre, providing access to plenty of shops and restaurants. It is also easy to get the bus or tram into Venice - and the bus to Marco Polo Airport.
The Rooms are nice enough, however the bathroom can be slippery when wet as the floors are concrete.
Breakfast whilst basic, was very nice and stocked with good quality products.
All staff were friendly and helpful.
Great place, good value, cool decor
Liv Mon 09/10/2016 11:30We enjoyed our stay at the legrenzi rooms. It was perfect for getting into Venice. We walked to the bus station on the first day (15 mins away) and bought an unlimited bus & water bus ticket for 2 days and getting in, out and around Venice was so easy. We caught a bus from the airport which cost €8 and then walked to the hotel which was straight forward and inexpensive
The hotel itself was clean and had an interesting aesthetic. My boyfriend joked it looked a like a photography studio because everything is white. But it was modern and comfortable, containing all the needed amenities. Breakfast was basic but tasty and ideal for us who were up early and off to Venice. The only thing that let it down was the room was really bright at night because there was a widow looking into the stairway that didn't have a curtain. Other than that the place was a perfect, affordable place to stay near Venice.
Mestre as a place is okay. Not as expensive as Venice but not massively busy. We enjoyed a look around.
Overall I would recommend the hotel to anyone looking to do Venice on a budget. The city tax was reasonable as was the price and the location although not in Venice was still pretty ideal. The bus only took 20minutes to the city.
Charming & Stylish

Hotel itself is centrally locatated however if you come for the first time try to look for the roof and the name of the hotel cause GPRS is totally useless without the street number. Place is a perfect combination of Scandinavian style and Italian artistic touch. Just stunning. Room was very clean and we loved the small gallery used as a sleeping area. Bus station is just 3 mins away so the place is definitely a winner. Decent variety of options for breakfast. You'd expected staff to speak some better English (young girl) but in general we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this place.
Great modern rooms conveniently located
ChubbyMon 17/07/2016 16:18Great value for money. Rooms were very clean and modern but the kitchenette was a little too small to be cooking. Location is very convenient but when you first arrive you need to look up to the roof to see the sign of the hotel because there's no house number written on booking.com Staffs were helpful and friendly. You can easily find food both restaurants, bars and supermarkets are just around the corner.

Kestutis Ton 11/07/2016 20:55i had a water spill in our room on the floor while we stayed. i took a white towel to clean (dry) the area, it didn't even change colour it stayed as white as it was. the staff is very helpful. i booked the hotel based on reviews that its has good bus service. it his solo correct. with in walking distance there is bus number 4l and tramway to Venice. the closest bus that goes to Venice is number 7. Hotel was a relaxing place after busy Venice.
