Well maintained hotel for short business trip, but the location is not that great

We recently stayed in this hotel. It is relatively well maintained hotel, good breakfast and restaurant staff are very good. We did not have very good impression with the staff at the reception. We booked thorough booking.com and we clearly mentioned non-smoking twin bed room, which the hotel confirmed during the booking time. BUT we were not given as we booked, the staff was not polite either. Next day, they switched to another room, which was OK.

Had arranged an Anniversary Event at this place and was satisfied to the core. Great place and good space as well. Staff is helpful and courteous. This place has a good parking space for accommodating 30 odd bikes and few cars as well. I had booked their hall which is in the basement for 120 people. Good sitting arrangements and great food presentation. Food tasted really good and we also had one room booked for getting ready, that too was quite good and classy. Parking cars at this place can be an issue if there are around 10 cars.

All in all, quite pricey for the value offered

Stayed here from Aug 8 to Aug 9, 2017.Here are my observations:

1) Pathetic Location. Deserted place. On a highway with no markets, restaurants or any kind of buzz around.

2) Medium sized squarish rooms.

3) A large glass paned window. But the room was located on the third floor so people outside could easily see you. Had to put the blinds on all the time.

4) Queen sized bed. Lumpy mattress and pillow. Average sleep quality.

5) 32 Inches Micromax LCD TV. All HD Channels working.

6) Adequate lighting. No complaints there.

7) Decent-sized bathroom. Could see shampoo bottles, moisturisers or conditioners. Pressure pump showers. An affixed two sided shaving mirror.

8) A see through glass pane between the bathroom and the bedroom. Kinky stuff. Gets my goat. You are either a business hotel or a love nest. You cant sail in two boats at the same time.

9) A strange wash basin sink. More flat than deep, with a long tap. Resulting in the running water always spilling over.

10) Two 1000 ml water bottles complementary. Adequate, and appreciated.

11) Great functioning wifi.

12) A Room service boy comes to bother you in the morning. The bell rings, you hurriedly step out of the bathroom, dripping water et al. It seems that he has come to inquire if I would like to offer clothes for laundry. Huh??? No thanks. I would strongly suggest doing away with this intrusion practice. Puts you off.

13) A great breakfast buffet spread. Peas Idlis. Dosas and omelettes made to order. Poori Bhaji, Aloo parathas, Boiled egg. Tea time cakes, muffins,and croissants. Cut fruits and Pink rasgullas. Nice preparation, and completely happy about it.

14) A special mention of the two staff members – the girl at the reception, and the multi functional guy – Mastan. Both very caring, both smiling, and both winsome,

All in all, quite pricey for the value offered. I checked a hotel a couple of kms away, and that seemed ten times better. Difficult to say if I would ever choose to put up here again.

nice trip for a couple of days

stayed in this hotel 3 nights with my husband, 22-25 July.
very friendly reception staff.
Rooms are rather big and cozy, nice furniture. the only minus maybe is that not enough electic light in the room if curtains are closed.
bathroom is also modern and nice, contains all that you need.

Location of the hotel is very good in a good area not far from main shopping malls, like Ambience or Metropolitan, where u can spend all day walling and enjoying the time.

one more good thing - breakfast. big variety for all people - indian or non-indian food, fresh juice, toast, even donuts and other things.
Staff on breakfast is very friendly and attentive, especially to foreigners (am russian). i felt a lot of warm emotions and positive when staff is so helpful and nice.

Tthere is gym in the hotel, its very small, but you still can find equipment for exercises. My husband enjoyed it)))

So what i can say in total - great place, for the money that u pay - its worth it. great service, food and location.

next time for sure will stay there again.

Well maintained hotel, very friendly staff also very professional. Things are maintained in order. Breakfast menu variety was sufficient for all and food was delicious. I would recommend this hotel at any time. Centrally located. Dharmendra from housekeeping was polite and helpful.
