So I booked this hotel through expedia, and explained we would be arriving late so could they be arranged, they said it was fine and would email the hotel to let them know, so we arrived around 3am in the morning, and all I can say is it looked like a prison! There was a 12 foot metal fence surrounding the place. The gate was shut so we couldn't drive in so I wearily left my car and we walked round, all the doors were open and anyone could go in and it was just a deserted place! So we tried to ring and no one answered, so we decided to call expedia who said that they replied saying it was fine we were arriving late and we should just go to reception, they tried to ring and got no answer. We decided to drive around as there was nothing else to do but this got boring after a while so we returned and decided to try and nap in the car until 7am which is when breakfast was served, as we sat there, people were leaving the hotel at 5am but no one returning, asking them where the receptionist was and they were unaware. When 7am came we went back in and found a cleaner who spoke no english but eventually communicated and got the receptionist, he took one look at me, took my card from me and then gave me a full refund and told me to leave! I questioned this and I was told I was not welcome, so we rang expedia to complain and they arranged new accommodation for us in rouen which was much better! I wouldn't recommend staying here unless you are on drugs, that is the only thing that will dull the pain and make this place bearable!

Horrible place, no good in every possible means, bad location, ghetto ghetto ghetto, bad reception never there, filthy dirty rooms, bathroom OMG, rather go outside in the woods with snakes and rats.. While there cops showed up for domestic disturbance one night, the next day an ambulance at 2AM, be WEARY!! This should say it all!! If not; pictures speak a thousand words, Ill upload several...

I switched to Premiere Classes in Roissy next to Charles Airport for only 1 euro extra per day more..

This is by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. THE PLACE IS DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY! To start of the room we were given smelled like pure cigarette. The pillows had stains. The bed sheets were not changed until we physical took them off and brought them to the "reception area". The bathroom SMELLED and LOOKED LIKE IT HAS NEVER BEEN CLEANED. THEY HAD CRAP STAINS! and had pee all over the floor. This place was unbearable. Good luck if you take the chance.

Worst Hotel Ever

We chose this hotel because the price was great and it was located only 15 minutes from the airport, but do not stay here. The Front Desk staff does not understand English very well and they caused us to miss our flight back to America and had to pay over $1,000 for a new flight home. We asked the night before for the front desk to call us a taxi and he said we would have a taxi at 6:45am. We waited and waited for 15 minutes and there was no taxi so we went in the the front desk and had them try to call again and he said they will be here in 15 more minutes. Then he told us 15 minutes later that a taxi won't becoming to the hotel because we are too far away. So we missed our flight and front desk was VERY VERY RUDE and unhelpful. Everyone was sad and crying because we missed our flight and we had to pay an extra thousand dollars and sleep the night in the airport.

About the hotel: The comforter was very old and scratchy. I felt very uncomfortable sleeping here. We took the train and had to walk almost 30 minutes from the stop to walk there. There were many people walking outside and hanging out but it made us feel very uncomfortable. It says they are only 15 minutes from the airport but we were not able to get a taxi.
