Good basic apartments!

Booked an apartment with Lemon Tree Apart-hotels for a girls holiday in Gumbet. the apartment was basic but clean and had everything we needed for our two-week stay. The pool was very nice and never too busy, we were usually always able to get a sunbed at any time of the day. On the days when we did venture out from the poolside, we used the dolmus buses which were convenient and cheap. The lemon tree apart-hotels were a little further out from the beach than we had thought, but there was plenty of places to eat and drink at night if you can put up with the constant hounding to buy fake handbags...
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a basic and budget friendly apartments whilst in Gumbet.

Stayed in May 2016, went back for more in September !

Travelled with the children in May 2016, had a great time Lovely Family, Clean and comfortable apartments, just what you want, food also good. Not far to get to Bitez and Gumbet beaches and the children enjoyed their time at the Water Park. The hotel pool is great so much so we went back in September on our own !

Could not do better

I will start with saying that if we can go back to the Lemon Tree we will.
Great quiet location, 15 mins walk [max] to the beach at Bitez, past ancient olives, and farms with fruit of every description.
Lovely friendly people. Good apartment, our large two bedroom one was semi-basement so no views, but cool on the hottest of days, and who needs views when you can get out and enjoy the real thing! A really nice pool to relax by, Food was reasonable but with so many alternative venues just a 15 min walk away we did tend to eat out more.
One disappointment, we booked for self catering, however with just one ring and a kettle, [and good refrigerator], anything above salad would be a challenge. But don't let that put you off, and salads are good.

Perfect for a short break

Small, friendly family run hotel. Comfortable apartment, nice pool and bar/restaurant and all very clean and tidy. About 15 minutes walk to Gumbet where there are plenty of bars and nightlife. Stayed for 5 nights in June, a good deal, nice and quiet and perfect for a short break.

Lovely Stay

I stayed here for a short break at the start of July. It is a lovely little hotel but a little out of the way. It is okay if you have your own transport in which we did, however the dolmus to Gumbet and Bodrum is just a 10 minute stroll up the hill. Markets are within a few minutes walk where you can buy all of your essentials. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable with a massive balcony. We had an upstairs one at the front of the hotel with a lovely view.
Air con was £5 per day which was sufficient and was very much appreciated. We also had free wifi throughout the hotel and in the room. The pool was lovely, clean and plenty of sunbeds. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful. Overall we had a lovely stay and would recommend the hotel.
