Simple Hotel
Helllokittyon 19/05/2017 04:33Good for short term stay the room we booked was big for two persons. We are booked in the old wing of the hotel so as expected there was sign of ageing in the room. Bedsheet is not that crisp and white. Good thing there was a bidet in the restroom
and the aircon works perfectly. The receptionist was friendly and informed us that next time we should try the new wing. The buffet breakfast included in the package was simple but delicious especially the smoked longanisa. We will be back and will try the new wing to experience again the value for money stay.

arthur bon 02/05/2017 08:44Since it was Bangus festival when we arrived in dagupan city, all hotels were fully booked, we were relieved when we called Lenox Hotel and was told there is a vacancy in their Signature Suite, it was pricey at 6,200/night, but we saw the picture of the suite in their website and the room amenities such as amazon shower, bathtub, it looked luxurious and nice so we checked in
But to our horror, the suite given to us was the old one in 4th floor, we weren't told about this, in short, we're robbed!
The room was huge but it was so old, king size bed had thin mattress, sheet cover had yellowish color, no bathtub or amazon showerhead as depicted in their website, for the price of 6,200, it was highway robbery!
To future guest of this hotel, Caveat emptor!
Better see the rooms before checking in!

malcyLondonEnglandon 30/04/2017 19:31It was great to be back to my favourite hotel in Dagupan again last week, I ended up staying for 3 nights. Nothing is ever too much trouble. The staff are always helpful and friendly and always seem to show genuine interest in their guests.
I stayed on the 3rd floor on 2 nights and the room I stayed in, I believe 325 was superb. The new rooms are modern, well designed and offer every comfort. Due to the hotel being full on one night, I ended up staying in one of the old rooms. This was also clean, comfortable and fit for purpose.
Having stayed at the Lenox over 15 times over the years, if not more, I continue to enjoy my stays. In fact over the years, my whole family have stayed and we consider the owners as family really. They are really caring and always seeking feedback on how they could make improvements.
This shows that they care about their guests and is often hard to find nowadays in some of the larger hotel chains.
The restaurant, Cafe Felix is also very good and the team are very professional and caring. Over the years, their door man, Richard has become a trusted friend. He is very funny and is always there to help carry bags, take you to the nearest jeepney stop and help in anyway.
Looking forward to my next stay, I can confidently say that I would trust these guys with my life. Maraming Salamat po to the whole team at the Lenox Hotel!!!
AWFUL STAY!!!!
Ernie Gon 28/04/2017 12:24i stayed in the old side of the hotel at room 309 with my family. i asked the room service if there is a complimentary bottled water and he redirected me to the front desk. the front desk was offered me a service water instead only to learn the following day while checking out that the suite room doesnt even include a free bottled water. i was given one towel though they know that there were 3 more persons with me. the rooms are so so old.

On the day of their check out, they harassed the guest to pay in cash, because i am not there physically to pay the hotel and present the card, i gave loa letter for the guest stating that i am allowing them to used my card on my behalf. First of all before when i booked it online i stated there that i made a booking for other persons, they received notification from booking.com 3 days before the guest check in. How come that they did not call my attention! They have no policy like that indicated in their website!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
BOOKED I STATED THERE THAT I MADE A BOOKING FOR OTHER PERSONS, THEY RECEIVED NOTIFICATION FROM BOOKING.COM 3 DAYS BEFORE THEIR CHECK IN, HOW COME THAT THEY DID NOT CALL MY ATTENTION! THEY HAVE NO POLICY INDICATED THERE!!
