+ points:
1) Suite was spacious, modern and clean
2) Hotel service was generally efficient
3) Spa facility was good
4) Breakfast selection was great and of good quality
- points:
1) Steam room in the aqua zone was down for the duration of our stay
2) Unable to have a bath in our room as the bath plug/stopper wasn't working- the engineer couldn't fix it when they came to look at it
3) struggled with getting decent hot water at times in the bathroom- had to call engineer to come and fix it
4) email responses (pre-arrival) can be a little slow
Overall a solid 4 * hotel.
Amazing location, service, everything!
Shilpa Ron 21/08/2017 11:36I travel frequently and found the service at this hotel to be exceptional starting from the concierge to the reception desk to the staff at their restaurants. Everyone was so accommodating, it was incredible.
Breakfast was decent but not many choices for vegetarians.
Rooms were lovely and the use of the spa is included in your stay so do check it out.
Hotel is next to the main attractions in the city centre.

George Aon 20/08/2017 15:03If you plan to arrive in Chisinau this hotel is a very good choice. The staff is polite and well educated. The room was big and clean with a good quality of furniture. The prices are ok in the restaurant where you can order a lot of good food☺ with a wine glass from Purcari👌

Top notch hotel and wonderful experience
StephenT621on 08/08/2017 21:43Outstanding experience and this was my third time staying at the Radisson Blu and I'm never disappointed. The Spa was very relaxing and I enjoyed the massage. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff during breakfast were always attentive and the food was delicious. I would highly recommend to my colleagues to stay here. Thank you!
