Small Rooms - Good Breakfast
mykaelagon 12/08/2017 12:56Rooms are very small, there is no air conditioning (this made the rooms very stuffy). Staff very accommodating and helpful, breakfast was very good and there was plenty of choices. We booked a triple room and got two beds and a fold out couch which was like sleeping on a rock.
Decent place to rest your head
kclaire89on 11/08/2017 18:43This hotel was simple but very enjoyable. Great breakfast spread in the morning, clean rooms, comfortable beds, private balconies. It's located near a U-bahn stop and is in a quiet area. I was on a business trip and did not get to pick where we stayed, but if I went back on my own, I'd definitely look to stay here again!
Room not as described and bad service
Johnny Aon 11/08/2017 17:51Hotel room was not as described - it was smaller and no living area as stated in booking.com, in the hotel room folder (where you read about practical informationk) it was stated that children under 12 years eats breakfast for free - we prepaid the room inkl. 4 meals but Leonardo Hotel refused to compensate. Bad service in restaurant - no service after main course, so we left without the possibility for dessert and coffee.
I recommend to find another hotel - they promise a lot more,
than they deliver in real life.
Convenient for little family
Monica Con 23/07/2017 10:35We stayed here for 3 nights. Room is clean with additional induction stove, basin, mini fridge on it. They provide cutlery and pan. It's really convenient to have a quick and simple cook. Laundry service is also available at underground floor.
Hotel is just 10 minutes walking distance to the underground train station. 2minutes to Penny's supermarket.
Mediocre and poor hotel
James Won 15/07/2017 12:58This was billed as a 4 star hotel but it is anything but! The room was too small and didn't have air conditioning - with just a small useless fan provided. The decor is old and dated and the service at the reception was on the poor side as the personnel had very limited knowledge on local attractions and options.
On the plus side the breakfast is good and the hotel also has a good italian restaurant within it. Parking was also not a problem.
