Very Good location with good service
Shay Don 29/08/2017 06:13the hotel located 100 meter away from metro station U2 (Bismarkstrassa), and also many restaurants and super market near the hotels. the breakfast was very good with verity of choose. WiFi is good and free of charge.
our room was on 2nd floor heading to parking lot - which could be little noisy - it is better to prefer higher floor as much it possible.
the hotel staff was very helpful with all our question and asks with very good English language .

Christa Mon 19/08/2017 13:04We booked this hotel after staying with them in Düsseldorf and loving it. Same hotel name, not the same management. We had to pay for the room in advance and if we wanted to sign drinks etc to room, we were to leave money as a tab. We could not (as in Düsseldorf) pay for our stay all together when we checked out. Staff not particularly friendly.
Room was nice and modern, bathroom and shower very good. Air conditioning terrible, we had to ask for a fan.

Thomas Aon 10/08/2017 08:19A nice clean hotel, with a a good breakfast and helpful staff - a lot like an Ibis hotel.
The location is good for public transport and one can even walk to the centre in under an hour (most of the walk is through the park).
Golden Wedding ❤️
jesseywaleson 29/07/2017 18:12We stayed her to celebrate our Golden wedding . Easy check in ,room on 6th floor Overlooking the street , nice double bed ,soft pillows ,and storage with a safe . Bathroom was lovely and clean shampoo, lotion ,shower cap , shower had lots of hot water . Breakfast was very good all what you wanted , lovely coffee pots were put on your table to help yourselves , all very nice . The hotel was very central to bars , restaurants ,and fantastic bread and cake shops .the underground was close to get you into city with no problem . The bus to airport was about a 10 min walk and lots of them within the hour easy . Thank you for our stay with you but it would have been nice to have been congratulated on our anniversary as I had emailed you to tell you and had a reply , ah well can't have everything 😞😞 .
First trip to Berlin
jeanfrancoisb77on 21/07/2017 16:23Excellent hotel location near public transport, restaurants, shops, the staff is very engaged and quick to answer any questions we had. The hotel is clean and the room are quiet, the breakfast buffet is quite complete
