Great value of money
evelynodeon 11/07/2017 12:22I booked this hotel for a one-night stay before a connection at the airport the next day. For the price, and the knowledge that it's an airport hotel, I was expecting a dingy room with the most basic of amnesties. But I was pleasantly surprised. Our room was very spacious and clean. It didn't looked tired or cheap at all. The front-desk staff were very helpful too. The only slight downside was that the bathroom wasn't very big, but I didn't mind as the rest of the room more than made up for that.
There is also a free airport shuttle service. You need to ring the hotel once you've picked up your luggage at the airport and they will send the driver out to collect you. However, there's also a Leonardo Inn nearby, so make sure you don't get confused between the two.
Great Hotel!
Ole Lon 10/07/2017 21:49Staying at the Leodardo was a great experience. Comfy bed and clean room. The staff was very helpful in assisting me with some guidance about the airport and getting in to town. All in all a pleasurable and memorial hotel :)
Great hotel near the airport

But this time because of G20 summit in Hamburg we had to find another place
LEONARDO hotel did not disappoint
Ok so it is s little more geared to tourist travelers but the room was great and the staff very accommodating
The restaurant serve dinner at reasonable prices and acceptable quality
The breakfast buffet is included in the affordable and reasonable room rate and very satisfactory
I am sure we are going to use this place in the future when traveling through Hamburg airport.
The hotel have reliable and fast shuttle service.

cantillonkon 22/06/2017 13:42Hotel was okay, bathroom spacious and the room alright. Although i did not see any aircon availability. This is fine as when i was there it was cool but i would not like to be there on a hot night. Staff were friendly and courteous. The restaurant was fine and the food was nice with a generous helping.
Very basic hotel
Sven Fon 09/06/2017 17:47I was there for business and although the people were very kind, I felt bad when entering the lobby. It immediately felt like a budget hotel, not very inspiring. The name of the hotel chain fooled me there! Beds were okay but put inconveniently loosing lots of space in the room. Breakfast was minimized, sadly not really impressed about this hotel.
