Convenient for Motorway
Andy Hon 30/08/2017 09:31Overnight stop on a trip from Fehmarn to Hook of Holland. Chose it because it was easy to access from the motorway.
Disappointed to be charged an extra 8 euros for parking. Apparently you can get here by bus, but why would anyone want to?
Food was good. Rooms tired, also got a motorway 'view' so quite noisy. No air conditioning and it was hot so had to have the windows open...
Good if you travel by car
amz_roon 22/08/2017 11:24The location is terrible, is quite far of anything of interest and the closest supermarket was 25 minutes away of walking in a dubious quarter, outside Hamburg.
There are no bars/restaurants around so you have to use hotel's ones and the service is quite bad, they don't even clean the tables and the only food available if you arrive late, after 9 PM is microwave heated pizza.
Rooms are decent and furniture is pretty new and breakfast was indeed excellent (Service included), very different compared with what was available at the restaurant in the evening.

Would have no hesitation in making a recommendation to others. The hotel is a perfect stopover for all travellers, business and leisure.
Fair
stefano mon 25/06/2017 08:38Usually i use This hotel when I hire a car to drive from a City to another and because it's close to places I need to work, and last not the least thanks to the wide car park.
Rooms are clean comfortable and with Wi-Fi, no mini bar available last time (?).
As structure itself is fair .
Personally I've found last dwell the restaurant service worst than the past, both for service and quality of food (still acceptable), at the end of the day this structure looks rather a training school for waiters and receptions. Let them make experience.
In one word, fair enough.
NB :now days there is no more Roaming in Europe, they might improve the basic WiFi service.

Rose Son 07/06/2017 09:34I spent 3 nights at this hotel. Let me start by saying that it's a nice hotel, decent sized room...not spectacular in that sense, just about what you might expect of a hotel of this standing. The location is not necessarily great if you're not willing to jump on a bus and a train to get to places. There is, however, bus 351 that pretty much brings you to the hotel's door.
What I loved about it though was that this hotel has tried to actually think about the needs of its customers. I smiled so hard when I saw a little notice that if you forgot your toothbrush or toothpaste, just call reception and they will be glad to help. To me, it is the little things like that because I have stayed at what appeared to be classy hotels in the past and yet on those occasions when I had indeed forgotten my toothbrush, it was clearly none of their business. Secondly, they have a small but I wanna say, innovative gym. They have the equipment set up to connect to your earphones or smartphone so you can listen to music or watch youtube videos when you're working out. I thought that was cool as I am one of those people who can't work out without something or other to watch or listen to. Thirdly, they have a very comprehensive guide that pretty much tells you everything you could possibly need to know while staying there. But the number one reason I think this hotel really tries to discern the needs of its customers is definitely because of breakfast. I could not possibly imagine what else I could ask of this hotel with regards to breakfast. Nice coffee, nice cereal, cold low fat milk, really great fresh juice, it was IMHO, perfect.
Do consider if the location works for you. Beware that the rooms are perhaps not as fancy and shiny as at some other hotels given the price. But on the whole, I enjoyed my stay. The restaurant on site had a great pizza and burger, if that's anything to go by, I would say the rest of the menu must be pretty amazing as well. Oh...they offer premium wifi, I don't know what you would need it for really as I was able to do absolutely everything (email and streaming) without any headaches whatsoever.
