Good Business Hotel

Excellent reception area and good rooms. The hotel is located close to downtown and has spacious rooms. Breakfast is also very good. The ambiance of the reception, dining area and bar are excellent. The food quality could have been better. Wifi connectivity at rooms further away from reception is bad.

Overall good, but with some let downs.

First impressions, clean tidy and nicely decorated. It has some character and isn't bland like some hotels. It has apparently had a recent refurbishment.

Parking, especially with a van, was very limited. There is an underground car park but only for cars due to the high restrictions.

Getting service at reception took some time, even though various members of staff witnessed me and my colleague waiting and ringing​ the bell. Once someone came, check-in was efficient and the free sign up to their advantage club, giving high speed WiFi and a free beer, was a nice touch.

The room was small, comfortable and clean. Good selection of TV channels. The Aircon was a little lacking and slow to get going. Strange having a double duvet on a king size bed, luckily I was sleeping alone.

Breakfast, included in the room rate, was lacking. The selection was small and the cooked options very limited and left wanting. Improvement is required here.

On asking a few members of staff about the nearest ATM, no one was able to be specific about the nearest one or it's location. Google helped out with a 4 minute drive.

Overall it was a pleasant experience, just a few areas need some attention. I would stay here again.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful from beginning to end! Ambience is modern/ contemporary. The check in and out was smooth and easy. Employees were helpful and friendly. The room was quiet, clean and spacious. The bed was excellent; took about 2 minutes to fall asleep! Morning buffet left nothing to be desired. Highly recommended.

This is a hotel which is quite away from the hustle and bustle. The reception and waiting area is pretty nice.The people on the front counter were very helpful and were generous too.
One good thing about the hotel is that they have fruits like apple kept in the lobby for people to eat the same.
Their Breakfast buffet spread is just too good, with lot of things to eat.
The rooms were pretty neat and tidy. The only thing which dissappointed me was that, the heater in my room wasn't working and they dint do much on the same.
As the hotels were packed and also they dint had any heater extra to put in the room.
Overall a good experience. Recommended

One week in a certainly good hotel

I was at a one week long working trip. Checked some pictures of the outside of the hotel and based on that my expectations were quite low. Arriving to the hotel made me realize that I had wrong, the hotel was in good condition as well as the rooms. The staff was helpful and always on good mood. The breakfast was good, a lot of different options to choose between. The only bad thing with the breakfast was the coffee, but when in need of coffee in the mornings everything goes.
Briefly, maybe not the most luxurious hotel but I enjoyed my stay and found it well above average.
