What People are saying

Glamorous and Comfortable

Valerie Jon 11/09/2016 19:17

Our group of 22 rented the Granit and Cristal chalets for a week. The chalets are comfortable, nicely furnished and have great amenities. The hot tub, pool and steam room were popular with our group. We also hired catering for the week and were very pleased! The chalet and staff are fabulous. I would stay here again in a minute. Fantastic views of Mont Blanc, glaciers and the surrounding peaks.

Excellent trip around Tour de France

We spent this last week at these beautiful chalets- we were roughly 20 people in two chalets (Granit and Cristal). It was excellent! The outside space really made it, and the kids and adults always had something to do- hang by the pool/ hot tub/ BBQ/ yoga/ as well as all the beauty that the area has to offer. We had all 20 of us around a single dinner table most nights which was unbelievable, and we even had a masseur come to visit for all the sore bike riders and hikers in our group. I've also skiied in this area and can imagine would be excellent in winter also. Marc, our host was lovely and could not have been more accommodating.

Utterly Superb chalet.

A little bit indulgent for the money, but this chalet is super size and kitted out with everything. From lovely rooms, fantastic kitchen, beautiful living room and open fire place, right down to the private cinema that seats around 15, to the sauna.
It's so good you might actually forget to go skiing,,!

Expensive but a real treat

Wonderful stay in Granit Chalet

Londong2014on 15/04/2016 16:56

We stayed the first week of April, the end of the season so the town was likely a little quieter than normal but it was lovely. The location of the resort (while a little tucked away) is very convenient to the bus and train into chamonix as well as the Panda club if you've got little ones. The Chalet was beautiful with wonderful vistas. Service in our room was amazing- the kids and adults both loved Marta!! We also encountered a few of the drivers and Andrew in particular was v nice as well as J_ (apologies but I've temporarily lost his name). The amenities, from the hot tub, to the movie room to the toiletries were great. Beer and wine were in abundance which is always a plus! The only place where I'd suggest some more attention would be the following: hot tub cover is waterlogged and thus hard to get off and in danger of pushing over the fence that separates one chalet from another when you lean it against it. The food could really use some improvement as well. It's tough saying this because the complex is very intimate and thus you encounter the staff frequently and everyone is very polite and really great to deal with and we truly loved our stay but the dinners are not cooked in your chalet and so often by the time they get to you they aren't as hot as they should be. (And this is not for lack of Marta's trying- she clearly works so hard and cares very much) It just may be a logistical issue. The quality and variety of dishes could be improved as well. Also, I think having some ability to select from menus or at least knowledge in advance of what to expect from one night to the other would be great. Admittedly, that part of things may have just been our personal expectation that we would have more interaction and involvement in selection of what we might have. Again, even just advance knowledge of upcoming meals would be an improvement. That said, overall we would give the place very high marks and would love to have the opportunity to get back there next year!

Luxury at its best..

We had a party of 30 descending on chamonix and we came upon the above 4 individual chalets next to each other connected by an underground garage, not only was the chalets in a perfect location the luxury that this place had was fantastic, the ace was welcomed by a small but friendly members of staff which nothing was too much, I would seriously recommend this place to anyone...
