Outstanding small budget hotel
wildlifephotogon 21/07/2017 02:11This is my new favorite budget-friendly hotel in Connecticut. The room was cheaper, cleaner and more comfortable than the two other big-name hotels I have stayed at in the area. The desk attendant (and manager?) was a nice guy who called me up when I forgot some toiletries in my room after my stay. There was a little road noise might be a problem for some. For well under 100$ in a busy period this place can't be beat- and it's always worth supporting independent businesses.
Great pet-friendly basic motel
simulaon 30/06/2017 22:08There is nothing extraordinary about this motel except the price is right, our pet-allowed room was clean, the king size bed was comfortable. In the morning the bananas were perfect, the coffee more than adequate with fresh milk. It is basic for sure - it's not the Four Seasons however the owners are considerate and the room was fine. I read a review that said the room was better than expected - I completely agree.
Stay away!
Henry Oon 20/06/2017 12:10We booked this room for three days. The room had a very overwhelming perfumed odor. There was no hot water in the shower. I tried to take a shower at 5:00 am and my husband at about 7:30 am and neither of us could get hot water. There was also a draft that came through the shower panels. The management did not remedy the problem. Needless to say we checked out after the first night and found a much nicer place down the road for less $. Stay elsewhere, there are better options.
Excellent Experience
Margie Hon 31/05/2017 19:10My daughter and I stayed at Liberty Inn on our way up north to New England coming from New York City. It was a perfect 2.5 hours, not too long, not too short. The room we had was very pleasant with comfortable queen beds and a bathroom/shower with soft, clean towels. The stairs up to the room was carpeted and overall I would recommend Liberty Inn to anyone who wants a convenient, comfortable and cozy hotel in this area of Connecticut.

The room was clean and actually better than what I had expected by the previous comments made. The staffs were friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for low prices and a reasonable room with basic room facilities. My room had facilities such as tea/Coffee maker, phone, iron, fridge, free toiletries and microwave. I did not experience any problems.
