Sharon Mon 05/06/2017 18:58Great location and the hotel looks good as long as you don't scratch beneath the surface Rooms kettle provided but no cups or coffee/ tea sachets, (however there was a packet of condoms in the room)no safe in room, shower just about adequate,bath seen better days (handrail has obviously been removed from wall as screwholes are still there)restaurant #just coz you order food together don't expect it to come out together,breackfast limited We were told this was the 'best hotel in lijaing ???

Crimon Bon 29/05/2017 01:49The hotel is very close to the old town. The hotel rooms have normal size but the equipment and the bathroom are quiet old. We choose this hotel to discover the region and old town, so we didn't spend long time in our rooms. The bed is comfortable and the breakfast is good. They offer Chinese and western BF.
Beautiful heritage hotel
bjw1002014on 12/05/2017 01:34Great location as hotel is in the centre of the old town. Take a map from the hotel with you when you go out as it's easy to get lost in the maze of streets. Make sure you have lunch or dinner and the complimentary afternoon tea at French restaurant attached to the hotel, it's excellent.
Charming hotel
myraanne2017on 04/05/2017 21:24Loved this beautiful hotel in a great location in the old town, friendly staff and a fabulous French themed restaurant for a change of flavour!. Rooms were charming and courtyard in the hotel a peaceful escape.
A sanctuary for exhausted travelers
mikeleeSanDiegoon 03/05/2017 20:42We arrived in Lijiang after a very long flight from the United States, and were delighted by the hotel, restaurant and many amenities. They willingly provided extra pillows, and invited us to enjoy tea and biscuits on the patio while waiting for dinner. The hotel is located in the ancient city and is close to all the sights located in the old town. The restaurant is superb with a wine list to match, and we spent a wonderful night in our clean room. The staff is very service oriented and we felt pampered.
