Good hotel

The apartments are clean and have all the things you need. beds where ok for a few nighs but not for 2 or 3 weeks. Friendly staff which helps out when needed. The overall state of the hotel could been better .

This is a basic Apart Hotel which suited my needs. The rooms were clean, the beds clean and the towels changed every day. Very friendly and helpful Staff both on reception and the cleaning staff. I will certainly be returning there next year, my home from home in Turkey. As the saying goes "you get what you pay for" so do not expect 5 Star. On the cheap cost of the apartment it is run very well.

We arrived in the early hours as a party of 7 people to find that 4 of our party had to go and stay at another hotel for 4 days due to Lila been over booked. They were however moved back a few days later. The hotel itself is very basic and in desperate need of refurbishment. The sockets were very loose and some even were hanging off the walls. The staff weren't very accommodating either....... Unless you were from Germany, Sweden, Russia or some other European country then they were more than happy to help. The staff spoke very little English and weren't very helpful. Out of all of the customer notice boards in the hotel reception, not one of them was in English. There was a power cut one night so we went and sat in reception where they had lit candles. We were sat there for an hour and nobody even came and asked us if we were ok or wanted a drink or anything. When the power finally came back on, we asked if we could have something to eat as there was a storm outside and no power in our rooms to see let alone cook any dinner and the response we got..... kitchen closed and he walked off. The pool was fairly small and usually taken over by the Germans who would sit and stare at us and whisper to each other so we spent most days at the beach which was only a 10 minute walk and it was lovely. The staff made us feel really welcome there. On the 2nd to last day we asked if we could keep a room on as we weren't leaving to 6pm and the said No.....full!! They were unhelpful by saying they has nowhere for us to shower before we left either!! They did tell us the following morning that we could have one room to get changed in. All in all I would not recommend this hotel at all unless you want to feel extremely unwelcome on your own holiday!! The only credit I would give the hotel would be for their cleaners. They were lovely and friendly and cleaned our rooms every day. Alanya is a lovely place but spoilt by the attitude towards English people which we even noticed when we went shopping on an evening. The minute you said you were English, you got the cold shoulder. We even noticed how out of all hotels who have flags outside them, not one displayed the Union Jack!! Some bars had some lovely staff but they were few and far between! Would not go back to Alanya at all.

This hotel if you can call it that was a great disappointment. My friend and I went to this place we arrived early hours of morning 11th Sept2014.we booked in were told room 405 after booking ground floor apartment this room was on 4th floor we had to take our own luggage to room after telling guy on reception we should be on ground floor.we both have disability.We asked for some more pillows were told no wait until morning.asked for air-conditioning was told €5 for both rooms.he turned it on went down downstairs but only in one room when friend called down to asked about this the ignorant man slammed the phone down on her.when the rep came later on we made complaint to him he was not really interested but did manage to get us moved to ground floor the next day.The cleaners where lovely ladies.The management where the problem,they are anti English'If you are German or Dutch you fitted in perfectly. They where rude and arogant-We have been to Alanya a number of times before and have never ever been treated like this.On day of departure we packed our bags and because we had the room until 4pm we went in to the town got back at 12pm and where told to vacate room because they had double booked we argued this out with the manager he still said we had to vacate,so my friend had to book us into another hotel so we could shower before transfer.When. we came back to hotel to get transfer we had to struggle with baggage until driver helped us.This was not a enjoyable holiday that we expected.Please don't book this hotel or think greatly before booking.

Staff warm and friendly..room cleaned daily with fresh towels...I was self cantering all my fridge cooker kettle..utensils..all my needs were met..room was very spacious even with 3 adults.. while on holiday was my birthday and manager went out and bought a birthday cake..nothing too much trouble for the staff..the girl at the reception even understood us scottish girls..as many of the guests dutch or norwegan..would definitely go back to this hotel again..thankyou staff at lila...
