Nice clean rooms and friendly, courteous staff
On the down side, no room service, no gym or pool and no onsite parking so not suited really to busy business trip. Connected restaurant was ok but avoid the “rib eye” which was a tiny thin sizzle steak for $30+
Would better suit people wanting to party, plenty of night-life ( read strip clubs) and bars everywhere including on the roof

Stayed for a second time. Rooms are compact. Service at front desk is excellent. Coffee machine in room is great. Roof top bar, I need to sample in summer. Location is great. Parking only issue, arrive late and in street parking is free. Compact, decor and service worry the stay. Book 3 days and has to be one of the best values in the area.

Stayed here a few weeks back when I had to make a last minute decision to stay in Brisbane overnight. Very happy with that I ended up picking the Limes Hotel (based on TripAdvisor reviews). Very nice, trendy hotel with my room have more than enough room for me to bunk down for the night. The bed was very comfortable, but I was perhaps a little too close to the ground floor so the noise from the local pub did travel a bit. I was driving my car and it was a bit difficult to park outside, then get access to the Parking Garage across the street. The latter wasn't a great place, although my car was still safe in the morning. The staff were super helpful though and I had one of the better pizzas that I've ever had around the corner at Alfredo's.

We were looking for somewhere close to the Tivoli theatre as that was our primary purpose of visiting Brisbane. Limes hotel is a short walk to the theatre and there is a pub on the way if you want a bite to eat or a quick drink before the show.
The rooms are narrow but decorated nicely for an old building. The staff were very helpful and friendly and there is parking just around the corner.

On a one-night stopover in Brisbane, we checked into Limes and had a really great stay. We really loved the location, which was surrounded by great places to eat and drink.
The area was quite lively, and happening even on a Thursday.
The room itself was great - exactly what we wanted and expected given its rep as a design-savvy boutique hotel. The B&B Up armchair in the lobby was a cool touch for sure.
The rooftop was closed while we were there but I get the impressions it's a bit of an anchor for the hotel, bringing in the local cool kids.
Will have to visit again, in summer. Cheers.
