Michella Con 08/03/2017 22:14We stayed here our first night in Rome as we had a tour at the Vatican the next morning. It was very convenient walking distance to the Vatican. It was clean and comfortable. There is a shared bathroom and kitchen with coffee and small breakfast. They do offer arranging a shuttle service to/from the airport though it was an additional 40 Euros. Overall a good experience and of the two places we stayed at in Rome it was higher quality for a lower price.

cubiche73on 27/07/2016 16:50We had a great stay, and the property owner is delightful. She received us and helped us organize and gave us great tips for everything in the immediate area. The apartment was great, new, clean and she stocked it with everything so we were just fine. I would give her 5 stars but the only thing that impeded that was the lack of AC in the apartment and unfortunately we went in the hottest season it was 95 degrees everyday and it was unbearable even with the fans supplied and windows open. That is the only flaw with the stay. I would recommend this location highly to anyone whom asks, and again you couldn't ask for a better host. The location was two blocks from St. Peter's Square in the vatican. Bakery, restaurants, banks, etcetera all within a few feet of the apartment, great location! Thanks Laura!

The Breakfast is very simply but should include variety of options & freshly made food option.The biggest advantage is that, its close to the Metro station & the Vatican.

lkgh1093on 19/01/2016 19:23I stayed with a friend for 4 days here, Laura is really friendly and eager to help you with anything you need. We tried the breakfast both in the coffee shop (the coffee is really good) and in the B&B, we preferred that one because we had more options. The room was really good and the bathroom was clean, we had only a minor inconvenience because another guest closed the water in the apartment but Laura solved it quickly. The location is awesome, less than 3 minutes to go to the Musei Vaticani and the Piazza San Pietro, also just 2 blocks away from the subway station. Would totally go back!

Daniele Mon 17/01/2016 17:43I had an excellent stay in L'incanto. Laura, the owner, is really helpful and at the moment you arrive she gives you a lot of tips about the town and everything. She gives 2 options for the breakfast: having it at a Coffee Shop nearby (she gives you vouchers) or having it at the apartment. I tried both and I preferred at the apartment because there were lots of options of different foods (toast, croissant, cookies etc) and at the coffee shop you only have a croissant.
The room is amazing and the kitchen is complete. Everything is well organised, the atmosphere is extremely cozy.
There are only two little bad details that are worth mention: 1) the bathroom is shared so sometimes you have to wait for other guests to use it. 2) there is no luggage room, so pay attention about it.
In general, it is a great option. I would definitely come back.
