stayed in room 17- 2 double beds ok not a lot of room but clean. Dining room very cramped all food and drink laid out together. Bathroom ok no shelving,r also no receptacle in showers. Water scalding be very careful especially with chidren. I did point out the shower issues to reception, also they didn,t reply to my letter, claimed they didn,t get it. For 2 nights ok but no longer, could be a very nice hotel with a bit of guidance for the current owners. Staff very pleasant WI FI sometimes ok but not often during my stay

We booked a family room at this hotel luckily just for one night as a stopover on our way to Euro Disney . There were 3adults and 2 children so we booked a family room so we could all be together. The cost of the room was £150 for the night. The room was a dreadful basement shoebox , cannot describe it any other way. Two double beds and a single bed squashed in together in a room that in my opinion was only suitable for 1 double bed. The room was very claustrophobic with 5 people packed in. Dreadful !!!!! I am fully aware that London commands a higher cost for accommodation but this was beyond rediculous. The room itself was reasonably clean but then again wasn't enough room to see any dirt. The gentleman on the desk was pleasant enough but he was just an employee. If you are looking to stay in London as we did give this place a wide berth. I can only assume the photos shown on their website were taken by a clever photographer as they didn't portray the FAMILY room we were given

I would class this as a budget hotel, polite staff, clean and tidy but the room i had in the basement was very small and cramped, as for breakfast it was okay but the breakfast room itself was very small and cramped and not big enough for the amount of guests, the general appearance of the hotel is okay.

Went on Sunday with my family to meet friends for dinner. Having been disappointed before I had heard it was under new management. Talk about a new brush sweeping clean. Spotless but with character,attentive staff and fantastic food. Get in before everyone else while you can. Faultless.

Great location, just 5 minutes walk from Paddington Station, which was great. Me and my family (5 adults) arrived at the station around 9 PM after 16 hours of flight from Indonesia, and the last thing we want are to get lost, but thankfully we found this hotel easily. Also, it's only took a few minutes walk to Hyde Park and St. James Park. And surrounded by lots of pubs and restaurants.
The hotel room is small but convenient. It's clean and they provide towels as well as shampoo and soap. But anyway, it's hard to find a hotel that can accommodate 5 adults in one room. But this hotel did, and... with a great deal! Though we need to dragged our heavy luggages while climbed up the stairs to our room on the third floor, I think it still worth it and we didn't mind though... it strengthen our weak legs! :D
The breakfast menu was not bad. We had same menu during our stay (3 days) consist of hard boiled egg, ham, cheese, toast (with two option of white bread or wholegrain), and croissant. And for the drink variation, we can choose coffee, tea, milk, or orange juice
Ah, one more thing... the WI-FI connection in our room was really poor. We need to open the window to got better connection (not sure why). Go to the lobby if you are really need to get connected.
After all it's a pleasant stay. Would definitely book a stay here again if I visit London again!
