Good hotel
TravellingSpidermanon 23/06/2017 20:51The normal rooms are renovated and are fitted with a modern design. They somehow have a touch of sea / yacht. The premium rooms are bigger, have a bigger bathroom and are also modern but with no special touch motto. Friendly staff, food is good and the cozy bar is a good place to have a drink at the end of the day. The hotel is about 20 min away from the airport. During the day we attended a small event on the first floor. Waiters there were not so great. It sometimes took forever to bring fresh drinks or coffee.
Too many inconveniences
robbn88on 18/04/2017 22:56First, the hotel is too far from main attractions (convention center, old town, etc). Secondly, I originally booked a room for myself, as I was going on business. I later decided to bring my wife and daughter, as the photos of the room showed ample space with the couch in the room. When I arrived, I was told that I couldn't have more than 2 in a room as it wasn't "safe", even though they confirmed that there was a couch in the room. After much arguing, they finally accommodated me by "upgrading' me to a room that would work. Unfortunately, it was a smoking room and smelled terrible. What was even more disturbing was that for my daughter's bed, they simply put sheets on the couch in the room. Frustrating. Oh yes, they also said that my upgrade allowed me to have free access to the mini-bar in the room. In most hotels, that is a fridge with a wide assortment of items. Here, it was one beer, one sparkling water, and one coke. Some selection!
ADditinally, when my wife would go to the front desk for information on how to get to different places, she always, and I do mean always, received wrong instructions. When asked where to get on the train to get around town, they sent her to a station that was closed. When asked how to get to a specific attraction in the city, they sent her to the completely wrong side of town. There were other instances, but I will not go into them here.
All in all, I cannot recommend this hotel.
Fine hotel
TravellerV72on 12/04/2017 09:57Excellent hotel, very comfortable room. Breakfast is fine, plenty of seats in a warm atmosphere. Had a Nice time at the bar.
Check out took very long, a queu of 10 people. Also the additional fee for parking in the garage should not be charged.

AlaaEldinHamidon 09/04/2017 17:26i visit the Dusseldorf for business visit and i have stayed in Lindner Congress. hotel was good room size and clean. room booked with Breakfast the food was very good and the taste . the service was good and staff helpful .
close to airport
BineQuiltson 27/03/2017 17:13small, but clean rooms. Nice conference rooms. Restaurant offers a nice variety of food. Try some local cuisine, chef is happy to make some changes to the dishes to accommodate your tastes. Front desk is quick and efficient.
