Good for business trip, nice location, friendly staff, not cheap

To be honest my room was pretty small but bery comfortable. The only dissapointing moment was price for room, I thought I could have a bigger one for 50 EUR I've payed. Room included all the necessary stuff like shower caps, dentist package, bathrobe, slippers and etc. The breakfast also was good enough in Eurpean stile. If you have some time in the evening after business you can have a nice walk along the city, because hotel is located at the very centre. The wifi in my room was very poor. Bathroom was very clean.

Just in the centre, 300 m to Cathedral. Nearby is located nice park on a steep descent to the river, some rooms have nice view from window to this park. Service is welcoming by Russian standarts. Clean and comfortable rooms equiped with tea facilities and large TV. Good breakfast. There is a night club in the hotel but cannot rate, I'm not into these ones.

If you have a choice between Lipetsk and Sovetskaya - choose Lipetsk.

Smelly ensuite, as if someone had been smoking there. But excellent staff, very helpful in all ways, the cleaning ladies even cleaned the room the day i arrived, although I'd only been in the room a few hours. Very comfortable bed, central location. Breakfast was early (7-9), so I didn't try it out. Two restaurants in the complex. Mini bar. Fast wifi, big TV, luxurious furniture. Excellent hotel, but still a bit expensive for the Russian regions.

I stayed at this comfortable hotel in early August 2013 during a business trip in the Lipetsk region. The hotel has all the amenities needed for proper relaxation after a day's work (it also provides kits for personal care) and provides related services for those who want to have fun during the evening, such as: pub, restaurant, nightclub and games room. The location is great for exploring the city center on foot (Lipetsk is definitely nice!) Or by public transport.
The rooms are a bit small, but well equipped (with mini-bar), Harden, comfortable and very clean.

I was in this hotel for business at the beginning of november.
I think the hotel is very expensive compared to the quality and the rooms.
The bathroom is equipped with kitsch tiles and low quality furnitures.
