Perfect location for exorange Lisboa. Loved the city and the friendly helpful staff. Huge apartment opposite two of the main visitor sights..the Carmo cathedral and the Santa justa lift. Lots of room to move, great kitchen for cooking if you choose and easy access to main shopping area. Would stay again

Visiting Lisbon for the first time was exciting enough but the fact that I stayed at this apartment really made the holiday for me. Let’s start with the excellent service - staff are super friendly and helpful and it was genuine. The reception and checking in process was swift enough and we were taken to our apartment which happened to be right next door. Cue the entry to our 3 bedroom apartment - it was literally to die for. The decor was so quirky and stylish - I cannot fault it. The apartment was spacious with plenty of mirrors and lighting. Everything was super clean and bathroom were very stylish. The kitchen was small but did the job - drawers came stocked with cutlery and crockery as well as the usual kettle, toaster, knives etc. There was also a first aid kit which coincidentally I needed! There was an iron and mini ironing board, a large wall mounted tv and comfy sofa. Our rooms was fully cleaned and tidied each day - it was lovely! We came back each evening from our day out exploring to a spotless room, beds made, pyjamas folded. The location is excellent - a short walk (5-7min) to the nearest metro station and an even shorter walk to the famous elevator. The bar next door is super cool - live music, super quirky decor and lively crowd. We were on the 4th floor - I had no idea who else was in the building occupying the rest of the apartments.... either they were empty or apartments are super sound proof! There are plenty of small souvenir shops nearby, a pharmacy next door but best of all - a big shopping area literally 5 mins walk away. We walked from the apartment to Bairro Alto (20-25min) and to Pink Street (15-20min). I will definitely visit Lisbon again as it is an amazing city and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!!

It is difficult to find fault with the offering Lisbon Serviced Apartments has at Baixa Chiado. Booking was efficient, communication seamless, got my access code to the apartment and front door via email, apartment was spotless, everything you have at home in your bathroom, kitchen is available, beds were comfortable. The location is very convenient, both for tourism, access to metro and to a wonderful supermarket right behind the building. Apartments are cleaned daily, they have space to store luggage in case you don’t leave the city later but have to check out. As I said, can’t fault them and we loved our stay.

.We stayed in the apartment at the end of July 2017 (me, my husband and our little 2 year old toddler). The location is perfect for getting to some of the main sights – we actually travelled around most of the city by foot. The castle was not far at all and pretty doable walk up hill. The main commercial square was literally down the road! The apartment itself was fully equipped with everything we needed when travelling with a toddler – we were able to make meals for him at home, wash his clothes and as the apartment was so central also pop home for him to have his day time nap. There was plenty of space for him to play with his trains and the apartment provided a travel cot for him. The apartment was cleaned daily and the towels changed. The WiFi was not that great which was a shame. There are lots of restaurants and bakeries on your door step and a we mainly used a supermarket called Amanhecer on R. Dos Correeiros which had everything you would need.

The apartment is fantastic, very well placed, good decoration and large space.
You will find everything you need inside and it is also very clean.
Very high recommended for families once the space and resources allow you to stay in a very comfortable way.
