What People are saying

A gorgeous flower filled oasis

ingabrydsonon 10/07/2017 14:08

We stayed 3 nights at Lithia before going on a 4 day Rogue River camping trip. First impressions were a little disappointing because of the construction going on next door. However, once we stepped through the front door, we were surprised and delighted by the gorgeous decor. Everywhere was beautiful - so many lovely touches (I adored the Alice in Wonderland feel of the gardens). Our room was really spacious - we had a king suite for 4 of us. Super comfortable. Breakfast was really fantastic - homecooked delicious food and afternoon tea an absolute treat. The pool was fun for the kids. My husband and I had a massage each which was great. It was a great place to explore Ashland from and a really relaxing few days before we undertook our camping adventure. Staff were so accommodating and friendly. I really couldn't fault the hotel. We would highly recommend and definitely go back if we visited Southern Oregon again.

Relax and enjoy beautiful Lithia Springs Resort

Lithia Springs can be a destination on it's own to just relax and let the chaos of life stay at home or a wonderful place to stay out of the "business" of the famed Ashland Shakespeare Festival. Check in is easy, very professional and the cookie jar is always filled with fresh baked cookies throughout the day. The cottages have a living room with a fireplace and TV for those who wish, an alcove with a sink above a small refrigerator, and appropriate glassware, small plates/flatware. Most cottage unites have a a lovely patio area with lounge chairs designed to enjoy some private/relaxing time. Full breakfast is included in the breakfast room or can be taken outside to the many tables on the lawn or patio areas. Tea is served with served with treats in the afternoon. There are walking paths throughout the compound, bikes are available for those who seek greater adventure. On site there is a spa, exercise room and an incredible pool for relaxation and "fun".y There is no doubt you are enjoying a "vacation" just staying at Lithia Springs. Great place for couples as well as families.

Wonderful quiet place

Love it.... stayed in the family suite. Nice and roomy worked for our family of six visited Ashland with our small kids ages 1,5,7,9 and we had plenty of space.. slept like a baby in the super comfy beds. All the kids loved the soaking tub and even went swimming in the rain. Kids enjoyed the afternoon scones and tea. Breakfast was an added perk. The room worked for small in room cooking meals and this will be the place we come back to yearly on our family trip to the beach... staff was helpful and kind... grounds are beautifully kept and flowers are amazing..,

Gorgeous gemstone property and accommodation

Words cannot describe the loveliness of this place. I was greeted at reception by the sweet and informational Olimpia - she was helpful throughout my evening at the resort. In fact, all of the staff were sweet, down to the gardener who I chased down across a lawn to discuss flowers.

The room (a bungalow) is gorgeous, stocked with anything you might ever want. It's spacious, comfortable, ample lighting and windows for a cross breeze. Seems weird to note, but I was hugely appreciative of the drinking water tap, which obviously pours some of that good good Ashland water.

The TUB is what dreams are made of. Like, can I please soak in that tub forever and ever amen?? It's humongous and could only be made better if I had a sexy man to soak in it with. And so we are all on the same page, this tub fills with natural hot springs healing water pumped from nearby. EVERY room in the resort has a tub like this.

The bed is an outrageous cloud of snuggle-love. I will point out that I've spent a good amount of the past six months living in my car and this bed hugged me all nite like it wanted to erase any muscle memory of discomfort I've ever had. If I were going to be buried, I would skip the coffin and just ask to be packed into all of the pillows arranged on this bed.

This is the most fabulous one bedroom I've ever been in.

Not to mention the gardens. The ROSES are in full bloom and are MAKING IT WORK. They're stunning and I'm pleased to report that a whole avenue of the garden features bushes of the Blue Moon rose, which happens to be my favorite rose on the planet. It's a stunning pale lavender with the most utterly heaven-sent scent available on this earth. And it's everywhere. Suffice to say I spent a lot of time smelling the flowers and lounging in the blooms.

Also, the jacuzzi. Perfection at dusk, late night and in the morning. The pool is pretty great too, just not as warm :) who doesn't want to be warm and hammered by jets?! Also breakfast is included, home cooked daily by a sweet woman who clearly takes special care. Bless her heart, she begged forgiveness while she momentarily vacuumed up a mess that a small child had made on the floor - it was literally the quietest vacuum I've ever heard in my life. Breakfast included: Cherry/chocolate scones, fluffy scrambled eggs, sausage links, fruit, home fries, the works. Absolute bliss for someone like me who just wants to eat everything.

I also can't get enough of the decor in the reception/main house area. The crystal quartzes, the silly/poignant books, the pillows!! It's all so thoughtfully put together.

I just can't say enough about the sweetness and coziness and true delectability of this resort. Stay and stay often, if you can. I'm just saying, if you are looking for a permanent resident, I will happily move in.

Stopped for tea and scones

What a wonderful surprise. This is a beautiful spot for a getaway. Decor and gardens are beautiful. If we had known how lovely it is we would have stayed there. Quiet getaway spot. They serve tea and scones every day from 3 to 5 pm
