Hotel is new and modern, rooms have a lot of space and great views directly to the outside pool. Inside pool is big and the water is worm, so it's great for winter holidays. There's also spa with saunas and Thai massages. Food is delicious, it has self-service breakfast and dinner. Hotel offers many entertainments, including day care for children, so parents can relax. There are golf courses and trips to local sights. The prices are quite high, but hotel is really great, so high prices aren't really a surprise.

Great rooms with a very big bathroom. Excellent Service and staff. We enjoyed the Holidays so much. Best Thai massage we had ever!!! We will come again. We had so much fun and one of our best Relaxing Holidays.

Beautiful hotel

We spent 4 beautiful days in hotel.
The room was very large and comfortable, with very big and confortable bad.
We have room with jacuzzy bath tube with 'black' water and another bathroom with shower and toillet.
Room has also big terrace.
Breakfast wasn't on 5* level, but two days we took dinner in hotel restaurant and this was on much higher level .
Hotel has beautiful swimming pool with hot water and beautiful saunas, but here I have to recommend very good Thai center with very professional staf from Thailand.
Staff is not always at the level of such hotel but there are some of shining examples.

I have spent two nights in this 5-star hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and what I liked most is the jacuzzi in the room. A big wellness center has indoor and outdoor pools, saunas, relax rooms. The restaurants have a diverse offer of meals and the food is fresh and delicious. The staff is very hospitable and always at disposal. The golf center next to the hotel makes this hotel a good choice for those who like this kind of entertainment. Definitely recommend!

We are in Livada's frequent, regular guests, it is more than 10 years since opening. I belive that I dont have to repeat myself all the time write reviews, on every arrival there.We like especially like pool area , the black pool and friendliness of some of their long term employees
We came to Livada again in the end of the February 17, for 5 days.
The level of service has become more constant in last 2 years and the quality of food is improving.
Cause of the hotel closiness to Ljubljana, we are here at least 2-3 times a year...
