Calm Modern Interiors
suef786on 03/05/2017 03:15We chose Logidenri because of it's central location and it's smartly decorated rooms. Please take a look at their website which clearly shows the style and design of each room. If modern design is your thing you won't be disappointed. Our group had four of the rooms and we all enjoyed a comfortable nights sleep. The breakfast was nice but it is optional if you prefer to eat somewhere else.
It definitely needs renovation!!
Maria Kon 18/04/2017 14:20We stayed 2 days in this guesthouse although we had booked 3. After 2 nights we payed and left. We couldn't stay another night. We had the Grand Suite. The guesthouse and our room were really depressing. Everything was grey. No taste... and there were holes and scratches everywhere. The mattress was very hard and we could barely sleep. The only good thing was the bathroom with the bathtub and the electric fireplace. I did enjoy a bubble bath. The guesthouse has potential but needs a lot of work in my opinion.
Dissapointing
jimspronsenon 13/02/2017 23:04Cold water, old or low quality bed and lots of noise from the adjacent house. Not what you would expect from a premium b&b and not worth the money. If you book anyway avoid the Mezzanine Suite.
Feedback given to the owner didn't lead to a sufficient compensation.
Nice spot
Alexander Hon 08/02/2017 17:07Nice B&B with 5 rooms, very central and in nice street located. Parking indeed on 100 m so just within 1 minute. Room very nice and designish. Breakfast normal and nothing special, expected more like more choice on bread, egg variation (just offered how boiled the 1 egg may be, no further asking if more eggs wanted). Friendly receipt by the gentlemen (owner), a bit too formal attitude from the lady serving the breakfast. Too classic music in teh breakfast room, no newspapers or so. Too expensive, 140 euro in total, where breakfast was separate charged as well (strange for a bed and breakfast) and parking 10 euro.
Mixed feelings
Lars1966on 21/12/2016 18:18I'm going to keep this brief as I was 3/4 of the way through my review when the app stopped.
The B&B has good points (modern rooms, quiet) but I have two observations which would make me not want to go back.
Firstly the bathroom had a main wall entirely made of glass. Although much of this was round the corner from the main room, it still had an effect on privacy. The toilet was not in direct view, but because the wall had a sliding glass door, it was still possible to have a conversation with someone who was sitting on the toilet from the living area even with the door closed. This may have severe implications for anyone with privacy concerns over visibility, noise or odours from the bathroom.
Secondly, when we arrived we were told by the lady (an employee) that breakfast was included for us. We queried this as we had not wanted to pay €15 per person per night and had not booked it. We were told that as we had booked direct and not through booking.com that the breakfast was included. Naturally we had the breakfast, which was adequate, but not something we would have paid more than €6 for. When we checked out, the owner told us that we had to pay for breakfast. She said that it was never included and always had to be paid for, any discount was on the price of the room. Her employee must have known this as it had been the case for two years. She did not apologize or even offer any discount, so I ended up having to pay an extra €60 for two nights' breakfast, when there was a lovely looking cafe opposite which would have fed us royally for half that. Needless to say I was not happy, and will not be returning.
