The worst hotel experience I've ever had
Dominic Eon 04/12/2014 19:51My experience at this hotel is the worst I've ever had. Upon arrival, a pack of dogs and a donkey greeted us in the parking lot. The parking lot is gravel so rolling my luggage in was difficult. The room was awful. I was given a room with double twin beds...mind you, there were only 2 people there in ALL of the hotel (myself and my business companion). The air conditioning did not work. The motor to lift the metal door on the windows was broken and no light could be let in. Additionally, bugs were everywhere. Needless to say, we checked out and went to another hotel.

James Ion 05/08/2012 20:25We stayed at this hotel in July. It was basic and rundown. The breakfast room is under the stairs in Reception. The website looks good but the reality is very different. A huge Power Station is part of the view from your balcony and the hotel is situated on scrubby run-down land. I’ve had better food on motorways—really!! Awful place.
Very Very overpriced,97 Euros a night , 4 star price for a 1 star hotel.
If you can sleep through the Disco on a Saturday night, good luck, it goes on until 3 am.

mvbamon 18/07/2012 10:03The hotel desperately needs investments to adapt to the 21th century and maintain its facilities in good order. Only the swimming pool is renovated to today's standards.
It is located in the middle of a pinewood but also next to the highway (you luckily don't hear the traffic) and next to a power plant (electricity) with lots of cables etc.
During weekends there are parties with noise of music.
WIFI didn't work and the staff couldn't tell why.
The bungalows are quite spacious (for 2 adults and 2 children) and with a private terrace.
Good for a stop-over for 1 night close to the motorway.
ruined by poor location

The hotel's web site at [--] does not give an fair and accurate description of what it is really like, in particular the nice old building is actually the bar/restaurant, but the hotel is a rather dreary looking newer building.

askalineon 14/08/2007 05:30My friend, my daughter and I stayed to this hotel 3 nights for a wedding. I choose this place because we like our daughter having sleep in a separated room and others places were booked. We were at a pavillon (little house with 2 rooms separated from the hotel)
The dleanliness was far beyond perfect, paintings were very old. And, top, the door between our room and our daughter wasn't sealed on the top !!!
The TV was the littlest i've ever seen, toilets wasn't clean.
Breakfast could'nt be took in bed (and it is very important to me !) but I cheated :)
Hotel is near an electric factory so the way is not very romantic.
The swimming pool is not heated so it was very cold.
so we were disappoited by this 2 stars hotel.
Nevertheless, after all those surprises, we had a great time, sun was shining :)
