I have stayd in this hotel several times, they provide good service and serve very good breakfasts. I have also had business lunches and dinners. The staff is always friendly, and they hav a free and safe car parking.

Cheap and ok.

Used this hotel for one night together with my wife. Clean room without aircondition. Quiet. The wifi is free but periodic with bad. Connection. The breakfast is included and better than nothing. Nice staff and service. A good parkingplace. I will use this next time too.

Wrong charge on credit card !!! Hotel personnel not clear, tiny rooms on the quite part, big rooms on the main street !!

We went to Logos Hotel at the beginning of August after trying to select the best available solution on the are according to the requested price. The Suwalky offer, despite the vicinity of the Lithuania border is quite poor and prices can skyrocket for nothing. After examining several proposal we decided to go to the Hotel Logos along our trip from Italy to the North.
We requested in detail about room features and for a quite room considering that part of the hotel is facing on the main Suwalky road, so affected by continuous traffic. We didn't know but at the time of the staying on the road, in front of the hotel there were also roadwork not mentioned by the receptionist during the email contact.
As soon as we arrived there we asked for the room keys to see if it was acceptable or not.
When we entered the room was very tiny, it was quite difficult to move in the room in 2 people. There was not any alternative on the quite side of the Hotel Logos so we must accept. In the room there were about 29°C and the air in the room there was a stale smell of close because of the old furniture and the dirty carpet.
Night lamps were both broken. We asked for a lamp replacement and for an air vent.
At the beginning the both the shifting receptionist, fortunately correctly speaking in English (which is not common in Poland), denied our request. After my insistence and the collaboration of the night guard, they found out an air vent a bulb that allowed us to make one night lamp working. The other was broken in the wires so we didn't obtain any replacement.
We remained at Logos for 2 nights, 2 nights at the "comfortable" sleeping temperature of 27°C !
I sweated all night; I didn't imagine it could happen in Poland.
Furthermore the only window was exposed toward East so early in the morning for great part of the day the sun persisted so heavy on the window elevating the room temperature at the mouse death level !! The alternative could be the road noise with roadwork in the morning.
When I paid the receptions showed my the invoice with the parking fee because I forgot that the internal parking was on payment. I asked to the receptions a compensation for all annoyances and the bad staying. She called the Hotel manger and I exposed here my complaint about the structure which is not fit for hot summer !
At the end I obtain a small discount in Zloty as compensation.
And now the incredible part.
I paid by credit card after seeing the final invoice in Zloty (PLN) the Poland currency.
So as soon as I got the receipt I signed it without great attention.
After half an hour, while ordering my documents I realized the Hotel Logos charge me , IN POLAND, in EURO with a unacceptable change rate.
I immediately called my bank to signal this incorrect behavior never happened during my life because normally everybody charge you in its own currency !
So I hope the bank will go through this polish attitude toward EUR area citizens to let them pay bank commissions instead of the merchant.
This is a typical polish custom so beware of the stealers ! If you advise them in advance you can refuse to sign until they let you pay in PLN !
Bad experience all round, NOT SUGGESTED !!!

Very average ''hotel'', cleanliness needs improvement!

I stayed there 3 or 4 times and only because this hotel is the cheapest hotel in town. I didn't need a luxury for the time I stayed there, so it was fine. However, the rooms are really small and the dust is everywhere! Looks like the cleaning staff is not really doing their jobs properly as I never seen the hotel to be so dusty! I may even assume that they have a bad bags in their beds as I had visible bites after overnight and it was winter! Not a good toiletries as well (the cheapest and poor selection as only 1 shampoo and 1 shower gel in a sachet available). No coffee or tea is available in the room as well as no kettle, no fridge and no safety box. I asked for the iron and the board and I got a very old iron and broken board which was the only one available in the whole hotel! It was impossible to iron my stuff. The staff at Logos Hotel...I was happy with the service of 2 receptionists which were mature and kind enough. However, there was one younger receptionist (around 25-28 years old) and she was rude and cheeky. Not a good person to work in hospitality industry. She wasn't helpful at all and she also asked me twice if I left the iron in the room (assuming that I may steal this old and horrible iron)! She also was very unpleasant on the phone and I really think that they should replace her for somebody more keen to work and with better customer service. Their prices are also the same, even in very quiet Christmas season, so not a good strategy either. Overall, I probably will not stay there again, because of the service I got from this horrible receptionist and I was not pleased with the cleanliness either.

I arrived at midnight and was the only hotel with available rooms; The room was quite old fashioned and with some insects inside, internet connection wasn't really good and in the breakfast there wasn't many variety.
