Rick Jon 08/08/2017 23:31This lodge worked just fine for us on our visit to Grand Lake. The room was clean and spacious... all you need!
The lodge also has a little convenience store, fuel pumps and snowmobile rentals during the winter months.
Convenient to miniature golf and restaurants on the west side of town.
Very disappointed
rks814on 15/07/2017 02:17To start of their website shows that they are right on the lake, they are not. The room are very 1950's style with the very very basic things. Not enough towels, coffee out of office if you don't get there early. Owners very friendly but price not worth it. We were scheduled to stay 3 nights but only stayed 2 the people they put above us and next to us started making noise at 3 AM and our next door neighbors kept setting off their car alarm so they could go sit in their truck to get wifi on their computers. Their son loved yelling out the door. We lost the 3rd night payment but was worth it to go home and get sleep. Grand Lake is a beautiful town with lots to do and great friendly people and restraunts but I would not stay in this motel again its expensive and not worth it.

Craig Con 15/06/2017 00:12This place is like a page out of past. The lodge has a log cabin front. There was a mini frig in the room. The lodge was on the main street of the town. They even had a gasoline pump to fill up. The place was clean. The beds were fairly comfortable.

WatsonBarefieldon 03/06/2017 16:27Thislittle gem off of main street is just two miles from Rocky Mountain National Park in Grand Lake, CO. Super clean, well maintained, large rooms and bathrooms. You know a hotel is well taken care of when the grounds and outside areas are immaculate. Every hose neatly wound up, no trash, not even a spider web anywhere! Electric heat was great. WiFi was great! Bed was great! No complaints except ... there isn't much if a view from anywhere in the hotel but a short walk will get you to the lake and a short drive will take you into the park.
Great location, older motel that's been updated
Kathy Bon 27/10/2016 04:16New carpet, new flooring in bathroom, clean, people in previous reviews complained about the small shower - really not that bad, beds were comfortable, good pillows. We had Unit #7 with a queen/full (?) bed. I was glad we were assigned this unit because our window faced the back of motel where it was private, vs. the other rooms had windows on the front that everyone could look into. We paid $119.00 for the night, a little pricey for this quality of a motel, but I guess it's where you are...
