Relaxing holiday

The hotel is great, rooms are much smaller then they seem on the picture but that's fine since I think nobody spends more time in the room then absolutely necessary. Wherever I went I saw someone cleaning. They are constantly cleaning everything . I have read from reviews that staff is rude and they don't speak English. That it is absolutely not true. You just need to be nice to them, smile at them and say thank you and I guarantee they will be nice to you. Yes they don't speak a perfect English so what? At the reception desk, at the bar at the doctors (and yes there is an ambulance and a doctor right on the spot) they speak the English you need to communicate. The cleaning lady will not speak English nor the gardener or the cook, but that doesn't really matter. OK one day they served a big bird and i still don't know whether it was a big turkey or a duck but it tasted fine :) I also read that Russian people can not behave, yes definitely there are some people regardless of their nation who can not behave but that happens when so many people from so many different backgrounds need to eat and drink in the same room. But the restaurant is big so is the hotel grounds so you can easily avoid the people you are not comfortable with, And the food is tasty it is really great and I miss it terribly. Some people as i read in reviews said it was bad that they reused some left over food from lunch for the dinner, i think it would be terrible waste if they wouldn't do that and they would just threw it out. It is a great thing that they do it and they do it very well. We traveled with our almost 4 year old and she just loved every minute of it. Unfortunately we took home a virus as a souvenir but that can happen everywhere. The best thing is that they have animators who play with the kids and you can have twice a day 2 hours just for yourself. Might sound selfish but for me just enjoying the sun and reading a book was unimaginable and i am so grateful that this hotel made that happen. I actually got to relax for the first time in many many years. Thank you Lonicrea world for making our world and holiday the best holiday i could ever wish for. Room tip block C 3410 this one has a sea view. The beach is not nice especially if you expect something like the Greek sea. We are used to that so this seaside was a great disappointment with the muddy like sand and greenish grey colored sea. But this is not the hotels fault. This is how the Turkish sea looks like. Some people might like it. I guess those who were never in Greece,:) Water sport center 50 meters away. We went parasailing but there are a lot of other options as well.To sum it up: Relaxing holiday, nice hotel, great food and well about the drinks i can not say much because i mostly drink coke, but pina colada and sex on the beach tasted as it should :) I don't know how is the entertainment because we entertained ourselves in the evenings and never went to see anything. Our daughter loved the mini disco which we attended a couple of times.The hotel grounds are full with fitness equipment so if someone needs to work out after eating a lot there is chance and there is also a fitness center as I saw it from the lobby. If you have ids this is a great place for you just disinfect her hands more frequently then I did because viruses an spread easily among so many children. Wifi is really weak and sometimes it works sometimes not and this was a bit annoying. in the rooms it was almost always ok but outside not working all the time.

No english speaking staff!

This hotel has beautiful interior and rooms are clean. Ladies who cleAned our room were to sweet. Isolation was good as well, we slept really good. Pools, beach were good and very interesting for our children. Now the cons are: no English speaking staff, food very much the same every day, no flavor in dishes, and all the Russian guests who are rude and with no manners. Mini club was only in Russian and all other entertainment was for Russian population. So I guess if you are from Russia this hotel will meet your needs. I would not go here any more because I know there are much better options for same amount of money.

Poor service

For this type of facility, and this price range, place has terrible service - staff is usually not familiar with work in hotel at all. Very few people speak english. Restaurant facilities are poor too, it gets crowded and you have to wait... Wifi sucks too. There is lot of better places for price of this.

Excellent holiday

A very nice hotel - clean and cozy, we had a great vacation. The personnel is really nice, everything is very well organized. We really enjoyed the food, the pools, the sea, the mini-zoo, the water slides. Everything was great, many thanks to the hotel management, I highly recommend this hotel, especially to the families with children.

Very good hotel for kids, facilities in a very good condition, room was OK and very clean, food and beverages were good (breakfast was almost the same withing 2 weeks period, but every one could find something to eat). The beach was excellent - very good for small children... overall - we enjoyed the stay.
