Lord's Residency might not be listed popularly on any of the usual travel websites and we happened to chance upon this one cuz fortunately we had not booked any other hotel for our Manali stay. The Lord's Residency is at such a beautiful location that each room offers an incredible view of the Beas river flowing. There are snow clad mountains all around you and the price at which you get all this makes it super VFM! Their breakfast is a tad bit sad but their masala tea and honey lemon tea make up for that.

Its a good property which is little old but well maintained staff is good we booked in some other property but shifted to this as we didn't like that one here we had a corner room with round bed which really looked amazing

Hotel is situated next to river and 10 mins walk to mall road, Rooms and service was too good. Rooms are neat and spectacular views, tasty food, and room service was too good. Wash rooms are very neat and has bathtub too. Its affordable price, we took the room with breakfast, and the service was ready within time-frame, i would like to stay in this hotel whenever i visit manali and would recommend for the same.

Overall hotel has a very nice location on bank of river. It was not that far from Mall Road and easily approachable with 5-10 minute walk.
Cleanliness was also fine.
It has no Power back on some floors.
Worst part was about their service, which i found pathetic.
Asked them for candles/ emergency light etc, as there was no power but never received for even 2 days.
Similar was experience with hotel menu.
On all 2-days of our stay no one was available at reception even at 7:30 AM. (Needed to order some breakfast)
We need to chase them for extra blanket, pillows etc. (It took 7-8 reminders to get those things)

Lords regency is near river and mall road. Rooms are clean, average service and staff. Limited food option but tasty food. You can choose this place if you want to stay over night or for few days. I found nothing drastically wrong with this place. Recommended.
