I arrived and was greeted with a warm & welcoming smile and hello. I requested a downstairs room & for once, that's what I got! The hotel as well as the room was very clean, no musty smell like some. The A/C about froze us out which is what we like when sleeping! The breakfast is one of the best I've had in hotels that offer this. Hot & cold choices such as eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, bagels, juice, coffee, tea were offered, It's a small hotel so in the morning there is only the manager and 1 other employee but I was amazed with all that employee, Iris, was doing. She was taking care of the breakfast area as well as tidying up the adjacent lobby. All with a smile on her face. I found out she was doing everything when the waffle mix ran out and I went to ask for more. She stopped what she was doing (mopping) and promptly brought out more. I believe the manager's name was Binaya. Whatever you are doing to have such motivated employees,keep it up. Our grandchildren live in Los Chavez and I look forward to visiting your hotel again. In case I didn't get her name right, we ate breakfast on Monday, 5/15/17, please give her employee of the month. Her attitude alone deserves it!!

Spent two nights at the facility while doing business. Made reservations by contacting facility directly. Checking in and out was easy, room nice, very clean. Was quite. Easy access to food, fuel, and interstate.

While on a business trip I needed a last minute hotel. While traveling I checked the Choice website and saw they had a room for $54, however I lost my connection and couldn't book it. When I arrived at the hotel they said the price was $71. I showed them that on website said it was $54. The clerk refused to give the better price. As I was on the road for the past 12 hours and need sleep I paid the higher price. The carpet was dirty and the breakfast was minimum. Even though there were two coffee pots, both were empty and nobody was in kind of a hurry to fill them.

Clean comfortable bedding

Very clean room, bedding and bed nice and comfortable. Cooling system inadequate for me so we slept with windows open. The coffee maker made tea-like coffee. Biggest concern for me was the lack of security measures with outside entrance on the back of the building. There is no lock, it stays open all the time so anyone can come in at any time. Also no elevator so if you have a lot of luggage or handicapped this will be a ptoblem.

Nothing fancy but spotless rooms, great mattresses and pillows and some of the best customer service I've seen a long time. They greet you with a smile, hustle if you ask for help (with a smile) and truly wish for their guests to have a lovely stay. And we did.
