The upside to this hotel is that it's located at the heart of a tourist area in Makati. Rooms are generous in size which needs a fresh new design, this goes without saying the whole establishment needs refurbishing.

A Month of Good Service

I will definitely remember this hotel for rest of my life. We stayed here for a month, and service on our rooom, 608 was the best. Every single day they clean the room even if we left it so messy the day before. Never saw any rodents nor roaches. Soaps and Shampoos are refilled almost everyday. They offer laundry service not from their own hotel but they call someone to wash for you at a very affordable price. Rooms on the higher floors are more modern compared to rooms on the lower floor. Front office are very accommodating in every request you give them. You can use the fire exit if you want to smoke. Hot water is present. You can request for cooking utensils if you wanted to cook. They have a bathtu2and shower combo. Comfortable beds and duvet. Century Mall is near if you want to have groceries and 7/11 also stands right beside the hotel. If only this hotel has a roof deck to chill it would've been perfect. But anyways. This hotel is great for long staying guest. Gracias for the memories.

The location is accessible. Near to Century Mall,the makati ave, and near to Ayala. The room is looked old, sad painting and very costly WIFI. The room a has kitchen with utensils. Bring your ID when you want to check in here.

Our office booked us at this hotel for 3 nites for 2-days training in Makati. The location was very good as it was walking distance to our training venue at Buendia Avenue. It's also located a few meters from Century City Mall. Many fastfood restaurants were also within walking distance from the hotel.
We liked our room. It was newly repainted. We liked the room facilities - mini ref, electric kettle, hair dryer and lots of hangers for our clothes. The room was made up everyday and towels were also changed daily.
Service by the hotel staff was excellent. There was a drizzle upon our arrival and the guard was quick with his umbrella to fetch us from the taxi. The front desk was fast with check-in and check-out. The bellman was also quick to assist with our bags. Even the housekeeping staffers made the effort to arrange our toiletries when they cleaned the room.

Rooms are so dark and really old . They will charge you P100/hour for the WIFI? 😳 I ask for microwave to re-heat our food the response is they are busy (seriously?!) but front desk said they also charge for re heating ur food ... I'm with my mom and my 14yr old nephew and they ask extra P500 per night for my nephew . Money face management . Referral shouldn't rent this hotel for the patients it so unprofessional makes u more home sick and depress . You wanna wish to fly back to your home right way cause of disappointments. Elevator is scary it's like it's gonna breakdown anytime soon. Lots of baby cockroaches crawling around the room and inside the drawers 😭. Coffee mugs are stained , towels are old but they change everyday . Pillows are so old and scary to use . Walls corners has molds .
